Television programs related to the renovation or complete redesign of housing have enjoyed unchanged popularity for many years. Spectators enjoy watching how an ordinary room turns into a modern stylish room. True, for the participants in the program, repairs become a kind of lottery, and the homeowners themselves do not know what exactly they will see when they return home after the alteration. Practice shows that not everyone is satisfied.
Tatiana Vasilieva
"Ideal renovation" came to the famous actress to put her apartment in order on Taganka, where Tatyana Vasilyeva did not live at that time. The viewers liked the final look of the housing, and at first glance, everything looked really beautiful. But disappointment came later, when Tatyana Vasilyeva moved to a renovated apartment.
As it turned out, the renovation was not done very well. Firstly, the apartment turned out to be cold, as the designers decided to use not central heating, but a warm baseboard, the power of which was clearly not enough for heating. In addition, he began to spark and pop, after which Tatyana Vasilyeva had to seek help from the housing office and lay normal heating in the already repaired housing.
The beautiful huge bed that stood in the room very quickly fell into disrepair, and the actress simply threw it out along with the mattress. Which in itself is surprising, because the bed was ordered specifically for Tatyana Vasilyeva in a fairly reputable company.
The plastic chandeliers that adorned the bedroom insulted the actress to the core with their cheapness. At the same time, on the website of the Ideal Repair program, we are talking about crystal chandeliers that cost about 30 thousand rubles. It is not known who is right in this situation and who is to blame, but Tatyana Vasileva remained extremely unhappy with the consequences of the "Ideal Repair" in her apartment.
Irina Muravyova
The “housing issue” came to the house of actress Irina Muravyova and her husband Leonid Eidlin to turn the kitchen into a multifunctional and comfortable space. Leonid Danilovich, leaving the apartment for the duration of the renovation, simply told the film crew to do everything as they see fit, as he trusts the professionals. The actress and her husband only asked to create a modern, light and at the same time cozy space, where it would be pleasant to be.
Unfortunately, the owner of the apartment did not like the result at all. Neither modern appliances nor the use of good materials saved the kitchen. She looked frankly uncomfortable and pretentious, and her space was significantly reduced.
The actress could not contain her emotions and immediately expressed her displeasure. Later she said: it was simply impossible to be in this kitchen. Irina Muravyova for several years was unable to get used to her kitchen, and after her husband died, she began repairs. This time another program, Ideal Repair, came to her aid. The film crew took into account all the mistakes of their colleagues and transformed the kitchen, creating a really cozy space that pleased the hostess herself and her adult sons.
Lyudmila Khityaeva
In 2015, the Ideal Renovation program took over the actress's country apartment in the Art House of Creativity, where Lyudmila Khityaeva spent all summer months. Before the renovation, this housing resembled old grandmother's apartments, where the Soviet interior and furniture of that time have been preserved. The actress, instructing the film crew, asked not to change places of living quarters and not to use green in the interior.
The designers tried to take into account all the wishes of Lyudmila Khityaeva and made a really beautiful renovation, using light colors in the interior. It cannot be said that the actress was unhappy with the renovation, but she sincerely shared her impressions, calling her old apartment cozy, and the new one a wonderful expensive hotel.
A year later, the film crew again visited Lyudmila Ivanovna to find out how she lives in the new conditions. As it turned out, she could not fully adapt to the alteration, but she found a compromise: she rearranged the furniture in places, returned a couple of old Soviet cabinets to the living room, hung a mirror and put a large flower in a pot. And she emphasized that this particular design is a reflection of her spirit and energy.
Olga Mashnaya
The actress treats her small apartment with great warmth, for which she has been collecting money for several years. She expected fresh notes in the interior from the designers of Ideal Repair, as well as modern beauty, comfort and light colors. It should be noted that the task was not entirely simple; after the alteration, the apartment really started to play in a new way. Only the heroine of the program was not completely satisfied with the result.
For Olga Mashnaya, the abundance of pink in the interior, which she dislikes, turned out to be not a very pleasant surprise. And in general, she compared the entire transformed space with a film studio, and not a place where you can live. However, the actress did not forget to praise the cozy balcony, light and airy, she was able to enjoy the convenience of the new sofa and enjoy the light cabinets and the saved library. She succumbed to the persuasion of her son, who remained very pleased with the results of the repair, gave her word not to redo anything, but to try to get used to the updated interior.
Vitaly Gogunsky
In 2017, the actor, who became famous for his filming in the TV series "Univer", a show program about the renovation offered to remake the room of Milana's daughter. But the surprise turned out to be not very pleasant for the whole family, and seven-year-old Milana even burst into tears, because her room did not at all look like the one that the girl drew in the picture left to the designers of the TV show. She wanted to see the real home of the little princess, but the designers, despite the abundance of pink, equipped a standard children's room. At the same time, she turned out to be uncomfortable and uncomfortable for an active child.
And the parents of Milana Vitaly Gogunsky and Irina Mairko were completely discouraged by the low quality of the work done and the use of the cheapest materials and furniture in the interior. Expensive wooden frames were replaced with ordinary metal-plastic ones, the wallpaper began to peel off from the very beginning, and the skirting boards did not adhere too tightly to the walls. The actor gave his word never to agree to such experiments again.
In the northern part of Spain, there is an old church from the mid-16th century. It used to function, but over the past forty years it has been abandoned and forgotten by everyone. And so, the building was restored. True, not completely restored, but rather gave him a new life - a secular one. One Spanish designer turned a former church into his own home.
