And who, if not an artist named Milton bernal know about these very masterpieces. So, it was this respected Cuban who became the author of stunning paintings made in the mixed media technique, where not only canvas and oil appear, but also tobacco leaves as inlay.
Honestly, if you do not know about this little trick of the Cuban, you might not notice that his paintings are not just paintings with paints on canvas. The tobacco leaves are disguised, literally inscribed in the general plan of the picture, and so skillfully that it seems as if they are not real.
