Nowadays, artists are increasingly resorting to digital painting when creating images, so at first glance, there is nothing surprising in the paintings of the Argentinean author Nacho Gil. However, the reality is not so simple: although his vivid and graphic representations of animals look like the result of digital art, they are actually hand-drawn from start to finish.
The Animals is a personal project by Nacho Gil. “No programming, 3D or anything else,” the author explains to hesitant viewers. Each artist's painting is an image of an animal, formed by connected vectors. As a result of this technique, drawings are obtained that resemble cubism in style, and in general the image looks very simple and at the same time very creative.
Zebra, cheetah, leopard, gorilla, white tiger, bear, giraffe … Each image completely captures the viewer's attention and raises the main question: how can such a drawing be created by hand? However, it will not be possible to get an answer to this question from the author himself: Nacho Gil does not reveal the secrets of his creative process.
Nacho Gil is a 24-year-old artist from Buenos Aires (Argentina). He studied at the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA) in Buenos Aires and also took a course at Central St. Martins College London. The young author has not yet had a single exhibition, but he is already known in his homeland and, without any doubt, he still has everything ahead of him.

Eerie sculptures of hybrid animals. Metamorphosed Animals Project by Enrique Gomez De Molina
Inventing and reproducing new worlds that are inside ours, or even exist outside of time and space, artists and sculptors often inhabit them with outlandish creatures, the likes of which can only be seen in delirium, feverish dreams, or under the influence of potent "substances". Where they come from and where they go is unknown, but in modern art strange animals can be seen in the works of Jessica Jocelyn, Steve Bishop or today's hero of the publication, sc
