What to do if you really, really want something, but all of it is missing? A person born in the USSR, without hesitation, will answer: get in line … But it turns out that the tails of people "grow" even in the most capitalist countries - an example of this is the unusual queue-performance in London, the participants of which went on a shopping trip half-naked, only to go out dressed later.
We have already written about the unusual steps Westerners are ready to take in order to get exclusive clothes - in particular, to run a race for wedding dresses, like next to Feilin's Cellar stores. Well, they did not expect anything else from impulsive American women - but that prim inhabitants of foggy Albion would line up in swimsuits and underwearwaiting for a sale at the store ?! And yet it was so. Maybe they are not so stiff?
There must be something in him, in this store on Regent Street - or in the Spanish brand Desigual, once waiting for clothes from him queued up already three hundred people … By a preliminary criminal conspiracy, all these people did not take their old clothes with them in order to leave the store light. And as they looked into the water, because the rain began, which only cheered the crowd.
Of course, the British themselves, for all their eccentricity, would hardly have come up with the idea of standing in underwear in front of the store doors. Unusual queue - an advertising idea for the Desigual clothing brand, which promised the first hundred half-dressed customers free new clothes - so the freebie hunters took their seats early, right from 11 pm (that is, 10 hours before the opening). The 22-year-old girl, who steadfastly held out from 2 am, admits that at times it was chilly, but funny and unusual, and most importantly, the new dress was worth it.
If you think about it, then it is logical: why carry with you clothes that you can still replace with purchases. moreover, the queue in London has clearly surpassed its Soviet counterparts in terms of liveliness. Time in such "tails" was spent not only by residents of London, but also by Stockholm, Amsterdam, Berlin. By the way, similar "distribution of elephants" will be held on June 21 in Madrid and June 24 in Prague - so if you want to stand in the most unusual line in your life … just get in line!
