The fate of little artists, who started acting quite early, is far from always successful. Their children's psyche often does not withstand heavy loads and trials of fame, even in the presence of a prosperous family. Mikhail Egorov, who played the main role in the film "French Lessons", grew up in an orphanage, and it is simply impossible to predict how his fate would have developed if it had not been for a meeting with director Bulat Mansurov.
All life … a misunderstanding
There is practically no information about the early childhood of Mikhail Egorov. It is only known that the boy was left without parental care quite early and was brought up in an orphanage in Moscow. Perhaps the boy's life would have turned out completely differently if one day the director Bulat Mansurov had not come to the orphanage, who was in search of the performer of the role of a boy who had run away from home after a conflict with his stepmother. According to the director, only a child who survived the loss of his parents could reliably portray a little orphan.
And in the orphanage where Bulat Mansurov came, a boy fell right under his feet, falling off the roof. Misha immediately hooked Bulat Bogautdinovich with something and, after talking with the guy, approved him for the role, and then asked the orphanage's management to let the boy go to the shooting. Misha lived with him in a rented room in Moscow. It is quite natural that the director and the pupil of the orphanage became friends during the filming. Once Misha told Bulat Bogautdinovich that he would like to live with him. The director, who became attached to his young friend, immediately took custody of Misha.
His debut in the film "The Seagulls Didn't Fly Here" turned out to be very successful, and soon he was invited to audition in the film "French Lessons" by Evgeny Tashkov. The decisive role in the approval of Mikhail's candidacy was the answer to the question about the saddest incident in life, which the director asked all the young actors. Misha Egorov said simply: his whole life in an orphanage and without parents is one sheer misunderstanding.
After the release of the film "French Lessons" Misha became famous. True, his life did not change much. He, like all his peers, went to school, however, he also answered numerous letters from fans and even female fans.
Later, Misha Egorov's filmography was replenished with the films "Tailcoat for the Naughty" and "School", where he, as in "French Lessons", played the main roles.
Unexpected turn
By the time the eight-year-old ended, Mikhail already knew for sure that he did not want to associate his life with cinema. He had both the opportunities and the talent to continue his film career, but the teenager understood too well how hard the artist's work really was. For example, during the filming of "French Lessons" the temperature in the pavilion reached 60 degrees, after which Misha was desperately cold outside, where the warm summer weather was.
In addition, he too often saw children-artists like himself, who, growing up, became unclaimed, and then simply lost their life guidelines. And the teenager made an important decision for himself - to get the simplest profession.
After finishing the eighth grade, Misha Egorov transferred to night school and got a job. He began his career as an apprentice locksmith in a tram depot. At the age of 18, he, as expected, went to military service, and upon his return he received the profession of a machinist.
Guarding law and order
For eight years, Mikhail Egorov drove trains, and then a happy accident again intervened in his life. An acquaintance suggested that he join the police as a driver. Mikhail, who still liked the strict routine and discipline in the army, decided to try himself in a new field.
For several years he served as a driver under the head of the department, and later graduated from special courses, received the rank of junior lieutenant. Service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs turned out to be quite successful for Mikhail Mikhailovich. He was able to rise to the rank of colonel and take the post of chief of one of the police departments.
Currently, Mikhail Egorov leads a non-public lifestyle, and appeared on the screen only once, and even then for filming in the project "Secrets of Our Cinema", where he shared his memories of his work in the cinema. At the same time, Mikhail Mikhailovich mentioned: he does not mind re-entering the frame if he receives an interesting proposal and at the same time the management gives permission to shoot.
In the film "French Lessons" Mikhail Egorov starred with Tatiana Tashkova. She has played more than 40 movie roles, but most viewers associate only one image with the main character from a bleach advertisement, at the appearance of which the phrase "Aunt Asya has arrived!" This commercial from the 1990s. so often repeated on different TV channels that everyone forgot about the previous works in the cinema of Tatiana Tashkova, even about her most striking role in the film "French Lessons".
