How the series "Trace" destroyed the family life of the actress who played the main role: Olga Koposova

Olga Koposova has acted in films since 1989, but the series "Trace" brought her popularity, in which she brilliantly embodied the image of the principled and strict head of the FES Galina Rogozina. For 12 years of work in the project, the actress, finally, was able to find a sense of professional relevance and stability, but "Trace" became a catalyst, which, as a result, led to the disintegration of Olga Koposova's family.

Long way to the profession

Twin girls Olya and Anya appeared on everything in the family of a translator and geologist. At the same time, dad paid more attention to the children, who, after the birth of the children, immediately stopped traveling on expeditions and switched to teaching. Mom, however, never hid the fact that she does not love children and generally considers them a burden. She was frankly annoyed by the endless noise and some kind of constant movement in the apartment. Nevertheless, both daughters loved their mother very much.

True, Olga looked at the world around her with adult eyes, so for her a certain "dislike" did not become a tragedy, like the divorce of her parents. And sister Anya often took offense at the inattention on the part of her mother, for a long time she could not find her true place in life and as a result she simply went to the monastery. At the same time, Olga supported her sister, seeing that she became calmer, more tolerant and wiser.

Olya did not immediately find her own path. She has been playing basketball since childhood, making some progress. And once the assistant director Samson Samsonov appeared at the sports school, who invited several girls to appear in the crowd scene of the film The Restless One. Already on the set, Olga was surprised to hear that she had undoubted talent, and submitted documents to the Shchukin School. True, it failed already during the creative tests.

For the girl, this was a blow, she wandered around the Arbat for several hours, experiencing failure, and then decided not to exhaust herself with endless attempts to enter the theater. But she took up vocals and successfully passed the exams at the Moscow College of Music, where they taught not only singing, but also taught acting and stage speech. At the same time, she continued to act in films, playing small roles.

The desire to get married

Olga Koposova was very pretty, but for some reason only adult men fell in love with her. However, she herself liked the representatives of the stronger sex, who were much older than she. The first big love of the actress was Mikhailo, a Yugoslav, who came to Moscow with his son. They met quite by chance on the subway, and Olga was much more suitable for her son's age. But she fell in love with her father.

The novel, for the most part, was at a distance. Mikhailo called her every day, the actress went to him twice, but did not even want to think about moving. She simply did not change what she would do in a foreign country without knowing the language. Later, Mikhailo fell seriously ill, but he did not tell his beloved about the gravity of the situation.

Olga Koposova learned about the death of a loved one from friends. For her, it became a great grief and at the same time, as the actress admits, a liberation. While Mikhailo was alive, she could not go about her personal life.

She was already 27 years old when entrepreneur Vladlen Gorelik began to look after her. Next to him, the girl felt like she was behind a stone wall. They met in the spring, and a wedding was already scheduled for September.

Olga Koposova dreamed of a family and tried not to pay attention to the alarm bells that sounded at the time when they just met. Vladlen could be rude, behave with the bride not too beautifully. Nevertheless, she did not cancel the wedding, believing that the man would become a good husband and father.

When the son of the spouses Gleb was born, Olga devoted herself entirely to the family. She was an exemplary wife: she ran a household, raised a child and felt quite happy. She lacked only one thing, creative realization.

Loss and gain

Gleb was seven years old when Vladlen left the family for the first time. At that moment, Olga did not even really understand why her husband made this demarche. She chalked it up to a midlife crisis and moved on. Of course, the actress was worried, but she did not see the point in persuading her husband to return. Very little time passed, and Vladlen came by himself. Then, in the relationship of the spouses, it was like a second honeymoon.

In 2007 Olga Koposova was approved for the role of Galina Rogozina in the TV series "Trace". At the same time, she initially participated in the tests, as the future pathologist Valentin Antonov, but the directors and producers saw in the actress exactly the strict head of the FES.

The husband then congratulated Olga with great success and even joked about the rapidly impending wealth. But his joy was very short-lived. The actress worked hard, often returned home late, and the husband began to show obvious dissatisfaction with the situation. In addition, his wife became too popular, too passionate and very free, not only financially, but also internally. She learned a lot from her heroine, adopting her best character traits.

Once Olga Koposova came home late after filming and, opening the door, heard her husband talking to another woman. It was clear that this was not a colleague or casual acquaintance. The actress almost instantly decided to divorce. Parting with the person she considered the closest was not easy for Olga Igorevna, but it turned out to be impossible to live next to someone who can betray at the most crucial moment. The actress does not blame her husband for anything, they just turned out to be too different people. And her work on the show just allowed that fact to be revealed.

Olga Koposova has been working in the series for 12 years. Over the years, her life has not stood still, but it was the "Trail" that helped her go through serious life trials. She was able to survive the death of her father, the tragic death of her mother and even overcome cancer.

She was able to cope with the operation to remove her breasts, reschedule chemotherapy and return to the set. Colleagues and even the general producer of the series were ready to support her and wait for her recovery. At the same time, Olga Koposova is very dedicated to her work and refuses all offers, believing that other projects may interfere with her work on the series.

It is difficult to imagine that the television series, which have now become cult or at least extremely popular, were once at the stage of creating a pilot episode, the very one that was supposed to decide the future fate of the project. Surprisingly, but sometimes the original version turned out to be a real failure, and the writers had to move mountains to turn the rejected material into a masterpiece.
