In the Parisian center for contemporary art, which is called Palais de Tokyo 1, a very peculiar performance by the French artist Abraham Poincheval has come to an end. The secret is that the creative person spent seven whole days inside the hollow stone. One of the local print media was the first to report this. The end of the action was followed by many people who were not indifferent to contemporary art.
When the stone opened and the artist left the cavity, he sat down on a chair as a sign of the successful completion of the performance. After that, he also folded his fingers in the form of the Latin letter "V". All this happened to thunderous applause. The master thanked everyone who came to the event, and also complained that he was a little disoriented in space, after voluntarily imprisoning the guests for forgiveness for this.
It is worth explaining that the artist climbed into a 12-ton boulder of limestone, inside which a cavity in the form of a seated person was carved. After the start of the action, two halves of the stone were shifted so that Poincheval was completely imprisoned. He breathed through a hole in the sculpture. He also ate through a special hole through which he was served mashed potatoes, dried fruits and meat.
It should be noted that this is not the first such action of the master. In 2014, the artist spent 13 days inside a stuffed bear. Then he ate insects and worms. It is also possible that in the future Poincheval will hold new actions of this kind. What exactly the artist wanted to say to society is still a mystery.

Catholic chapel inside the oldest oak tree in France
The French village of Allouville-Belfoss boasts a Catholic chapel in one of its most unusual locations. Its walls are the bark of a centuries-old oak - the oldest tree in France. How old it is is not known for sure: locals say that the oak is a fragment of the Charlemagne era, but most likely it grew only in the 13th century, which is also impressive. When the tree was in its prime, at the end of the 17th century, lightning struck it. And although the core of the oak was burned out, its sores healed over time, squaw
