The children of many famous actors decide to follow in their parents' footsteps, without even imagining that they will have to prove to the whole world their right to a profession. Varvara Vladimirova understood too well how difficult it would be to compare with her mother, Alisa Freundlich, and even with her father, Igor Vladimirov. Later, the talent and fame of her parents forced Varvara Igorevna to make very controversial decisions in life.
Theatrical family
The whole family was eagerly awaiting the birth of Barbara. And then, despite the global employment, they tried to devote a lot of time to the baby, answered her endless questions, loved, pampered, brought up. After the death of Ksenia Fyodorovna's grandmother, Varvara got a nanny, Varya the big one.
She was an ordinary woman, not trained in piety, and therefore the pupil very soon learned how to swear and even spit, which completely shocked her intelligent parents. I had to part with the nanny when the girl was ten years old.
By that time, Varya-Bolshaya not only began to abuse alcohol, but also could not come to terms with the fact that Alisa Freundlich, after parting with Igor Vladimirov, allowed herself to remarry the actor and artist Yuri Solovy. The nanny began to demonstrate her discontent in every possible way and even, being drunk, took out her anger on the pupil.
After that, it was decided not to look for a new nanny, because the girl could already organize her time on her own. Varvara and her mother have always been friendly. If she punished the girl, she did not take offense, because it was always for the cause. They did not shout at Varvara, did not put her in a corner. Just one day, when it was discovered that the girl had deceived her mother, Alisa Brunovna told her daughter to write on a sheet: "A little lie gives rise to great distrust" - and hang the sheet over her own bed.
But the biggest punishment for the girl was her mother's silence. Alisa Freundlich could just shut up, and for Varvara it was a terrible torment, so she was always afraid to upset her mother. When everyone started smoking in the pioneer camp, where Varvara visited every year, the girl was the only one who did not dare to pick up a cigarette, fearing her mother's reaction. True, she lit a cigarette at the institute. Alisa Brunovna calmly read her daughter a lecture on the dangers of nicotine and immediately took a sweet drag on her cigarette.
Alisa Freundlich was generally a good mother. She did not read empty lectures, trusted her daughter, gave money for a reason, but paid for the homework done, sincerely believing that the girl should understand the value of everything she has. At the same time, the actress herself was a good housewife, calmly managed all household chores and cooked well.
When the girl's parents decided to leave, they did everything so that their divorce would not become the collapse of the world for their daughter. They simply said that they would now live separately, but Varvara can always come to visit her father, be it his new home or theater.
Choosing a path
Varvara, like many children of actors, often visited the theater. And I had absolutely no desire to become an actress. Parents, on the contrary, did not imagine that she would be able to choose something else besides the theater.
As a child, Varya invented a game for herself, which she called "comfort", collecting and building doll houses for her toys. And when asked about who she wants to become, Varvara always answered very honestly: a wife and a mother. However, she wanted to become a seller, then a teacher. And in my youth I already said that I was ready to work as anyone, just to be in the theater.
Nevertheless, the fame of her parents obliged Varvara too much, and she applied to the theater department, and not to the acting department. She was enrolled in the evening department. During the day, the girl worked as a caretaker in the Theater Library and envied the students from the acting department. Therefore, soon after passing the session, the girl, who dreamed of a normal student life, began to prepare for admission to the acting department.
That year, her father, Igor Vladimirov, recruited the course. But Varvara really did not want to go to him, fearing that kinship would interfere with her relationship with classmates. She entered the course of Efim Padva, but Igor Vladimirov, having learned that his own daughter was among the applicants, convinced the authorities to enroll the barbarian with him.
True, already in the fourth year Igor Petrovich practically did not work with his students due to extremely poor health. The study seemed to have helped Varvara get rid of the complexes associated with the fame of her parents. But already at the time of graduation, they woke up in the girl with renewed vigor.
Varvara Igorevna could not answer to herself the question of where to go to work. In addition to the fact that she decided that she could not do anything and could not learn anything, Varvara Vladimirova could not understand how she should act so as not to offend any of her parents.
Igor Vladimirov insisted on her employment at the Lensovet Theater so that he could fashion a new Alice Freundlich out of her. Mom, on the other hand, was convinced that Varvara needed to serve in the BDT and learn the skills from her herself.
But Varvara, in both cases, risked becoming an object of ridicule and criticism from her future colleagues. And panicked, to the point of trembling, she was afraid that she would be sure to be compared with her mother, and the comparison, according to Varvara Igorevna, would not be in her favor at all. She decided to leave her theatrical ambitions for later and went to work on television. Dad was very offended then and even interrupted communication with his daughter for a while.
Work on bugs
Soon after graduating from the institute, Varvara Vladimirova met Sergei Tarasov, a businessman, and then a politician. He invited the girl on a date several times, and then honestly admitted that he had very little time for all sorts of piety and courtship. They soon lived together.
Varvara Igorevna did not renew the contract with television at the end of it, but enthusiastically indulged in her childish game of "comfort". She arranged family life, became a mother of two children, Nikita and Anna. At the same time, my mother, Alisa Brunovna, was present at the birth twice. She held her daughter by the hand, calmed, consoled, helped, rejoiced with her.
As the actress admits, she and her husband gradually moved away from each other. The husband had another woman, and Varvara Igorevna did not glue the broken cup. And in 2009, Sergei Tarasov died during a terrorist attack that caused the train crash "Nevsky Express".
When the children of Varvara Igorevna grew up a little, she was invited to a small role in the performance of the BDT "California Suite", where Varvara Vladimirova appeared on stage with her mother and Oleg Basilashvili. Later in her life, filming appeared in films. Alisa Brunovna really became a real teacher for her daughter. For her, the theater has always been and remains in the first place.
Over the years, Barbara outwardly became very similar to her mother. But the main thing is the incredibly close relationship between mother and daughter. As Alisa Brunovna said in one of her interviews, "over the past 50 years we have never quarreled."
For Alisa Brunovna Freundlich, the theater has long become a second home. Her colleagues say that it is on the stage that you can see her real one, because in life she is a rather closed person and for many remains a mystery. She erases from her memory the episodes of her own life that hurt her, and keeps her little secrets away from prying prying eyes.
