In cinema, many actors, after successful roles, disappear from the screens, as quickly as they appeared. This often happens with child actors. Not everyone can continue to compete with other stars, or, having matured a little, they do not want to associate their life with cinema. So what was the fate of these famous and beloved children?
Olga and Tatiana Yukin
In 1963, the fairy tale "The Kingdom of Crooked Mirrors" was released on Soviet screens, and the audience fell in love with these mischievous and intelligent sisters who played the capricious Olya and her reflection Yalo. After such a triumph, many thought that these girls would have a dizzying career and success, but fate turned out differently. Mom was against the acting profession for her daughters and insisted on entering a mechanical engineering college. They did not work by profession, since at the age of 20 they got married and had children. Life in the kingdom of crooked mirrors: the untold fates of the twins Oli and Ilo
In the eighties, thanks to their former glory, the sisters got a job at the Intourist Hotel. But in 1995 the hotel began to belong to businessmen and the sisters were fired. All this coincided with the hungry nineties. The sharp transition from luxury to lack of money affected the psychological state of the sisters, they began to drink, which, as a result, shook their health. In 2005, Olga died of heart problems, and in 2011 Tatyana died.
Yuri and Vladimir Torsuevs
Yuri and Vladimir are the same twins who played the main roles in the film "The Adventures of Electronics". They remember filming in this picture as a daily holiday, but they did not want to become actors. After school, the Torsuyevs entered the Polygraphic Institute, but left him and got a job as delivery workers at a bakery. Then there was the army and again entering the institute. How the actors from the children's film "The Adventures of Electronics" changed many years after filming
But now Yuri chose the Institute of Asia and Africa, and Vladimir - Moscow State University. But even here they did not finish their studies. The brothers tried their hand at business, opened grocery stores, a nightclub. In 2009, having met the poet Alexander Belov and the singer Tatyana Mikhailova, the brothers moved into creativity and recorded several songs. And since 2010, the brothers again began to flicker in the cinema.
Natalia Guseva
Natalia so organically got used to the role of Alice in the film "Guest from the Future", as if she was created for her. After the release of the film, they even began to call her Alice and in ordinary life, Natalia had to respond to this name. Everyone saw in her a future star, they knew her even abroad, but the girl dreamed not about cinema, but about classes in entomology, which she had been fond of since childhood. Even in between filming, she constantly did her homework and read books.

Over time, Natalya starred in several more films, but they no longer had such a success. As Gusev dreamed, she entered the Faculty of Biotechnology. After graduating from the university, Natalia worked for several years at the Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology. Currently he is a co-founder of a diagnostic company in the field of infectious diseases.
Alexey Fomkin
Alexei played his role as Kolya Gerasimov in "Guest from the Future" so vividly that he practically did not yield to the popularity of the leading actress Alice. In addition to this film, he was involved in several more films. After the release of "Guests from the Future" on the screens, Alexei began to be invited to other films, programs for children. But the subsequent roles were already of the second plan. Because of the filming, he missed a lot of the educational process and as a result, instead of a certificate, he received a certificate of the program he had attended. Accordingly, the road to the university was closed for him and he was taken into the army. After which he returned to Moscow and entered the service, but already at the Moscow Art Theater. Gorky.
And everything would be fine, but even before the army, Alexey became addicted to drugs and alcohol, which played a cruel joke with him. He started missing work, which is why he was fired. All this also coincided with the destruction of the Soviet cinema system, so he also did not have to dream of cinema. After working a little on a construction site, he left for the Vladimir region, where his grandmother lived. There he got a job at a mill and life slowly began to improve. But in 1996, a misfortune happened to Alexei - a fire in an apartment where he and his friends celebrated Defender of the Fatherland Day. Alexei slept so soundly that he did not hear the fire and died tragically.
Dmitry Iosifov
After the main role in the film "The Adventures of Pinocchio", Dmitry began to receive offers to appear in various films one by one. In 1986, the actor graduated from VGIK and served in the Minsk theater for about six years. At the same time, he studied at the directing department, after which he left the theater. Now he practically does not act in films, he prefers directing. He shoots movies, TV series, TV projects and commercials.

Clever and beautiful Malvina in the film "The Adventures of Buratino" is the only role of Tatiana Protsenko. But viewers still fondly remember this sweet little girl with blue hair. Tatiana had to wait for one more role. The script for "Little Red Riding Hood" was written for her, but the girl fell off her bicycle on the eve of filming and was seriously injured. In the near future, doctors forbade her to act. Fate gave Tatyana another chance to continue her acting career - to play the main role in the film "Scarecrow", but having learned the essence of the film, she did not agree to shoot.
After leaving school, Tatiana entered VGIK as a film critic. Then the girl decided that she had no acting talent, since all her tests had failed. As a result, she found another hobby - computer layout. Tatiana has worked as a layout artist, designer and editor for various magazines. Tatiana Protsenko also released a collection of her poems. Now Tatiana is a housewife and plunged headlong into the family. She can sometimes be seen on talk shows.
Svetlana Stupak
Pippi Long Stocking - and remained the main role of Svetlana Stupak. Since childhood, the young actress was engaged in acrobatics and dreamed of becoming a circus performer. And although she was not taken to the circus school for health reasons, this did not prevent her from realizing the image of Pippi. And she succeeded so well that the Swedes admitted that the Soviet version of this picture is better. Despite the success in the first job, in the future Svetlana had only two minor roles. And her husband was against filming.
After the divorce, in order to feed her daughter, Svetlana had to trade in the bazaar, work as a waitress and administrator in a restaurant. Despite being busy in several jobs, the family could hardly make ends meet. They say that because of all this, Svetlana began to abuse alcohol. The situation was aggravated by the fact that the swindlers wanted to take the apartment from her and her brother, allegedly for the father's debts. I had to sue, but the heart of the actress could no longer stand this test. In 2018, at the forty-sixth year, Svetlana died.
Continuing the theme, a story about who they are - the most famous twins in Russian cinema.
