“Welfare of the Children of the Soviet Union” was the title of the photo album, which was released in the USSR in 1847 by order of the government. Dozens of photographs included in this album were taken in different parts of a huge country and were accompanied by informational texts. The purpose of this publication is to show how the USSR takes care of its young citizens and what a happy childhood after the war they have.
