Mass layoffs began, although women were politely left jobs in trade, services and other non-prestigious professions.

So it was decided to take care of the life of women because of the high unemployment in the country, and secondly, the Third Reich needed universal soldiers, who were supposed to be "stamped" by women freed from work. However, it should be recognized that women were provided with various loans, benefits in exchange for family and large families.

Women who worked as doctors, lawyers and other responsible positions have been dismissed since the 1930s. Most married women have been fired on the pretext that they have a spouse as a source of income. The number of women in higher education has been reduced to a minimum. Even working in similar positions, women received a third less salary than men. However, it cannot be said that all these oppressions caused indignation among the masses, women readily changed their jobs to the kitchen and got married.
