The master says: “When I meet with my client, the first question I ask is what occasion they are doing their makeup for. I also ask if they have any specific requests and desires. For example, whether they want to look more natural or dramatic. I ask them to show me the dress they are going to wear. The design of the dress and its details reveal the style of the image that the woman aspires to. Then I analyze their facial features."

Arber dreamed of becoming a make-up artist from early childhood. The little boy's first drawings were of women's eyes and dresses. When the young man graduated from school, he could not fulfill his dream - his parents were categorically against it.

“In our culture, men are considered taboo in the beauty industry,” he explained. “So, first I got a master's degree in economics, and only then I was able to realize my cherished dream: I went through training and started working as a make-up artist.”

Arber Bytyki is sure that on her wedding day a woman should feel herself the most beautiful in the world and be absolutely confident in herself.

Now the master and his team usually serve over a thousand brides a year. “Summer in particular is a very hot time for bridal makeup, in every sense of the word. During this period, we serve up to six dozen or more clients every day."

This is a lot. It is simply unrealistic to cope with such a task alone. Arber's team consists of twenty-five people. It has fifteen makeup artists and ten hairdressers.

Arber Bytyki says: “I taught these people myself. Some of them work part-time and some are full-time employees. We can serve up to one hundred clients a day. Our working day starts early in the morning. We make sure that there are absolutely no flaws in our schedule. Nothing that could affect the quality of the service. All the needs of our customers must be fully satisfied."

Of course, the global coronavirus pandemic has had a big impact on Arber's business. Negative influence. Indeed, in the Balkans, a wedding is one of the most significant events in a person's life. Due to the pandemic, many of them have been postponed.
