We probably would never have noticed the beauty of every object around us - from a cup of strong, because of a tea bag forgotten there half an hour ago, to a vase with flowers that have long withered due to the complete lack of attention to them, if not for the artists and photographers involved in still life photography, or still lifes. Johnny Miller is one of the greatest figures in this subtype of photography.
Unlike a great many artists with an unusual fate, Johnny Miller's everything is extremely simple. A simple name, a simple childhood, a simple education, art, a simple presence of a certain amount of talent. He was born in Kansas and grew up there. Received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Parsons School of Design. Over time, his works began to appear at the most notable exhibitions and in the best museums in the United States, such as the Museum of Modern Art, the Museum of New York and many others.
Among his clients are The Wall Street Journal, ESPN, JP Morgan Chase and many other reputable companies that are quite unknown in our country.
In general, there are quite a few photographers and designers who do not care about beautiful nature and slightly less beautiful people, but who are concerned about how the subjects in their photo will be combined. Antonius Mitsopoulos takes pictures of food, Jenny Young takes pictures of her own desk, but Johnny Miller, among the little things of life and everyday life, apparently likes vases most of all.
Photos of vases, food and other wonderful things can easily be found on Johnny's official website. He now lives and works in Brooklyn

Ness and Beauly vases. Art vases by Graham Johnston
While conservationists argue whether it is necessary to keep freshly cut flowers in the house, whether this is considered murder and cruel treatment of plants, men continue to give their chosen ones chic and modest, lush and small bouquets of seasonal and greenhouse, field and garden, in general, a variety of flowers … And the designers offer options for how to arrange these flowers beautifully in the house, and maybe even artistically decorate the interior with them, turning a flower vase into a real art object
