Water battle is the best escape from the heat

There are many ways to save yourself from the heat. Someone clogs the refrigerator with liters of soda, someone is more accustomed to surround themselves with air conditioners and fans. Others just need to arm themselves with a water pistol and come to the gathering place for the participants of the "Water Battle" flashmob. No one gets out of this water dry.

At first, the "Water Battle" was held as a traditional flash mob - its participants gathered in a certain place, preferably near the fountain, and suddenly began to pour water over themselves and those around them. This flash mob instantly gained popularity and, most importantly, relevance. The battle began to take place on a weekly basis.

In Moscow, "Water Battle" takes place in the fountains on Poklonnaya Gora and VDNKh. Water battles at the All-Russian Exhibition Center are known all over the world: as the most fun and merciless water battles.

Participants in water battles come to the battlefield with empty buckets, plastic bottles and water pistols. They pour water over their weapons, after which they mercilessly pour over everything that moves around. The competition of wet T-shirts, which is unwittingly organized by girls soaked to the skin, adds spice to the flashmob. In the pauses between friendly dousing, the participants in the battles bathe in the fountains.

Journalists filming reports from the scene also get a portion of the cool shower from the participants in the flash mob.

The highlight of the Moscow water battles was the war between the "White" - an army of water fighters in white T-shirts, and the "Tsvetnyi" - participants in the battles in T-shirts of various colors, or without them. Two armies converge in battle wall to wall.

"Water battles" take place in different cities of the world. Mostly in countries with hot climates. So in Laos, watering tourists and townspeople has already become traditional. On the day of the action, the organizers specially place drums with water throughout the city. And in Thailand, New Year's celebrations do not take place without water battles, when more than 100,000 people pour water over each other.
