It seemed that life had prepared a happy fate for this actress. Irina Akulova conquered the Moscow Art Theater School on the first try, already in her student years she played the main role in the play "Valentine and Valentine", after that she played about fifty main roles on the theater stage. After the release of the film "Crew" Irina Akulova, who played a small role, became a celebrity. But at some point, the actress decided to start life from scratch.

Conquest of the capital

Irina Akulova was born in Kineshma, but with her parents-actors Nina and Grigory Akulov, she traveled all over the country, having changed seven schools and cities by the age of 16. At the same time, the girl dreamed of becoming not an actress, but a ballerina. She admired Galina Ulanova, and in Smolensk, where the family moved once again, she began to go to a choreographic circle. But after suffering a sore throat with complications, the doctors forbade the girl to exercise.

And then she saw "Carnival Night" with Lyudmila Gurchenko and was eager to act in films. The father of the future actress warned: she can try, but you should not count on success, especially since Irina immediately swung at the Moscow Art Theater School. But she did it on the first try.

Already in her fourth year, the girl was introduced to the play "Valentine and Valentine", where she played with Konstantin Raikin, and after graduating from the studio school Irina Akulova became a full member of the troupe of the legendary Sovremennik. After that, at the invitation of Oleg Efremov, she moved with him to the Moscow Art Theater, but during the split of the theater she remained in the troupe of Tatyana Doronina. At the age of 29, Irina Akulova has already played Nina Zarechnaya in The Seagull, and this was a real success for the young actress.

Irina Akulova also began acting in films during her student years. The actress was remembered for her work in the epic "Blockade", where she embodied the image of Vera Koroleva, in the films "Three rainy days", "If I love", "General". And in the film by Alexander Mitta "The Crew" she was able to play a very small role so that she won the hearts of the audience, admiring the talent of the actress, who transformed from a charming gentle girl into a real bitch.

Everything went quite well in her career. True, over time, she began to have disagreements with Tatyana Doronina at the Moscow Art Theater. But the actress was much more oppressed by personal problems.

I didn’t know how to forgive

The actress herself considers herself a very loyal person, but laments the fact that none of her three husbands was able to appreciate her. For the first time, Irina Akulova married Vyacheslav Zholobov, whom she began to meet while studying at the Moscow Art Theater School. He was two years older, but Irina, seeing him once in a student performance, immediately decided: he would be her husband. Although at that time they did not even know each other.

Later, Vyacheslav himself approached Irina, and a short period of dating ended with an offer made right at the rehearsal of the play "Valentine and Valentine". At first they lived with her husband's parents, then moved to a room in a hostel allocated by Sovremennik.

The young husband was a desperate jealous man. During all the performances with Irina's participation, he stood behind the scenes and made sure that no one dared to flirt with his precious wife. All attempts by Irina Akulova to convince her husband of her honesty were a failure. However, the actress loved her husband very much, and therefore she was even slightly flattered by the ardor of her husband.

After the birth of her son in 1972, Irina very quickly returned to form and began to appear on stage. When Dmitry was one year old, she sent him to Kineshma to his grandparents, where she visited him on weekends. She sincerely believed: there, in the fresh air and under the supervision of relatives, the boy will be better than in dusty Moscow with eternally absent parents.

Vyacheslav Zholobov did not travel too often with his wife to visit his son in Kineshma, complaining about being busy. True, very soon the secret of the eternal lack of time was revealed. The husband of the actress had an affair on the side. Irina Akulova, having learned about her husband's betrayal, immediately filed for divorce. She did not know how to forgive treason.

The situation was practically repeated with the second spouse, Peter Smidovich. By that time, the actress's son had already gone to school, and she took him to Moscow. True, he studied on a five-day school day, since Irina Akulova was busy in the theater and also acted in films.

The second husband of the actress was very fond of feasts, noisy companies, gatherings in a restaurant. But the reason for the separation was again her husband's betrayal. However, Irina Akulova herself admits that treason was only an excuse, for several years of marriage she simply fell out of love with her husband.

And then she again married an actor, a friend of her second husband and grandson Yuri Puzyrev, known for his roles in the films "Ekaterina Voronina", "Duel", "And Aniskin Again" and others. Nikolai Puzyrev was five years younger than his wife, but they lived very amicably and very calmly.

Later he was invited to work in a theater in Australia, he agreed, hoping to return in a couple of months. He arrived back six months later. It turned out that in Australia he had a girlfriend who was expecting a child from the actor. He himself honestly admitted to his wife of treason, but assured him that he was not going to divorce her. But she herself was not going to forgive him.

Disappointment

Along with failures in her personal life, the actress's problems began in the theater. In the Moscow Art Theater named after Gorky, which was headed after the split by Tatyana Doronina, Irina Akulova could not find a common language with the head.

Having stepped over the forty-year line, the actress suddenly became immediately disappointed in everything. Her personal life did not work out, in the theater Tatyana Doronina incinerated her with her some kind of ostentatious indifference and gave less and less roles. Irina Akulova tried to find support in life, even went to sessions with Alan Chumak, was fond of hypnosis, but did not find the long-awaited peace in her soul. She left the theater, there were rumors that the actress at some time was carried away by alcohol. And then she gave up everything and left the capital.

Once having gone to Kineshma to visit relatives, Irina saw an advertisement for the sale of half of the house. And I realized that I was tired of the capital, of the theater, of the profession. She made a decision instantly: she returned to Moscow, withdrew money from her savings bank and bought housing in Kineshma.

Surprisingly, it was there, in Kineshma, that the actress felt truly happy. Leads a simple household, enjoys the measured provincial life. She rents out her Moscow apartment, and rarely visits the capital. The actress's son Dmitry subsequently also acquired a house in a village near Kineshma, where he now lives permanently.

Irina Akulova tried again to arrange her personal life, but after ten years of living together with the chosen one, she suddenly found out that he had a wife and a child in another city. She did not listen to any excuses from her civil husband, she just kicked him out the door. Since then, the actress has lived alone, while away the evenings in the company of her animals, which, in her opinion, do not betray like people.

The film by Alexander Mitta "Crew", in which Irina Akulova starred, became the leader of the box office in 1980, it was seen by more than 70 million viewers. No one could even imagine such a success - it was the first disaster film in the USSR, and the entire filming process was also disastrous: the script had to be rewritten, the actors refused roles, censorship cut out frames that were too frank for those times. And yet the result exceeded all expectations.
