Matches are not toys for children. But in the hands of a real artist, even charred lists turn into a real masterpiece. For example, Stanislav Aristov has created a whole collection of photographs with matches in the lead role. From a familiar detail of everyday life, matches, as if by magic, are transformed into planes, flowers, the Eiffel Tower, a snail, or a cheerful dragonfly.
Such a collection proves once again that absolutely any object can become irreplaceable in everyday life, but a source of pride for an artist and a reason to perpetuate his name in the history of art.
Stanislav Aristov lives and works in Yekaterinburg. On the Internet, the artist is better known under the pseudonym Pol Tergejst. His collection "Matches" already includes several dozen photographs processed in the "Photoshop" program, but the number of fans has long exceeded 10 thousand people, so people like everything that the Russian artist does. By the way, we have already published on the site the first part of the collection of burnt matches and the original "Pear Etudes" by Stanislav Aristov.
