Synchronized swimming - one of the most elegant and sophisticated sports, perhaps that is why he was interested in a French photographer Jean-Baptiste Courtier, author of the original photo cycle entitled "Natation Synchronisee". Let's make a reservation right away, the sportswomen did not have to dive into muddy reservoirs, the author used mannequins as models.
Of course, a pond overgrown with reeds, a lake or the seashore are not the best places for underwater dancing. A modern pool would be much more suitable for such pictures. however, Jean-Baptiste Courtier has a different opinion on this matter. His imagination simply knows no boundaries, and he easily captivates the viewer into this charming photo illusion.
Playful legs catch the eye, and it is simply impossible to tear yourself away from looking at the pictures. The author admits that he did not put special meaning into these photographs, rather, it is a random image that was born in his imagination. Jean-Baptiste invites viewers to independently reflect on the content of the pictures and, possibly, come up with their own original version.
Unpretentious landscapes, symmetrical poses and reflections on the water - all this harmoniously interacts in the photo cycle "Natation Synchronisee". We can only guess what other inventions the talented Frenchman will surprise us with in the future!
