Many Czech cities are proud of the medieval painting of their facades. For example, in Cesky Krumlov there is a house, part of the windows of which is painted, from which the tenants look out with curiosity. In Europe, there are also contemporary artists who similarly transform the faceless walls of buildings. For example, Patrick Commecy - the author of a wonderful street art on the streets of French cities.

On the balconies, you can often see painted people, hyperrealistic scenes from the life of the French unfold in front of the viewer. Patrick Commesy often portrays famous French people: politicians, scientists, athletes. For example, on one of the houses in the city of Montpellier, the artist depicted six honorary citizens, including Antoine Balard, the discoverer of bromine.
