10 celebrities who died and the criminals did not receive the punishment they deserve

One of the most serious crimes is the deprivation of human life. When a famous person dies, it causes a public outcry. But at the same time, such crimes are not always solved, it also happens that punishment overtakes the attackers too late, or even does not overtake at all. For some of the crimes that killed celebrities, investigations with varying degrees of activity have been going on for more than one year.

Vera Ivleva

The actress who played the weaver in "The Tale of Tsar Saltan", Fima Sobak in the film "12 Chairs" and many other roles, was involved in an accident three times: in 1995, 1996 and 1999. The last hit in early January 1999 was fatal. The driver who knocked down Vera Ivleva to death hid her body in a forest belt in the snow, and they found it only three months later. Investigative actions have not yielded results, the culprit has not yet been found.

Vladislav Listyev

One of the most popular television presenters of the 1990s, author and presenter of Fields of Miracles, creator of many interesting programs that are still popular with viewers today. Vladislav Listyev died at the entrance at the hands of hired killers on the first day of March 1995, not having time to reach his apartment just a few steps. The case is considered one of the most notorious, but so far it has not been possible to identify either the direct perpetrators or the organizer of the crime.

Dmitry Kholodov

The Moscow journalist, who became famous for his publications on corruption in the army, died right in the editorial office of Moskovsky Komsomolets, where he worked. He himself took the diplomat with explosives from the storage room at one of the stations, however, Dmitry Kholodov was sure that the suitcase contains important documents on the illegal arms trade.

The explosion rang out at the moment when Dmitry opened the deadly suitcase. At one time, several people were detained on charges, but all of them were subsequently acquitted, and the General Prosecutor's Office even had to pay monetary compensation to those whom they tried to prosecute for the murder, but then acquitted. Today the crime remains unsolved, and Pavel Popovskikh, the main suspect in organizing the murder, died a year ago. His guilt has not been proven.

Zoya Fedorova

The famous actress has lived a very difficult life. For her relationship with the American citizen Jackson Tate, from whom Zoya Fedorova gave birth to a daughter, she was repressed and accused of espionage. After her daughter emigrated to the United States, the actress flew to her in America three times, and then decided to go there for permanent residence. However, in 1981, Zoya Fedorova was shot dead in her own apartment in Moscow. There were many rumors around her death: from the involvement of the deceased in the diamond mafia to the reprisals against her by the KGB. However, the true cause of the death of the actress, it seems, will never be clarified.

Igor Talkov

The story of the death of the famous singer in October 1991 shocked, without exaggeration, all the countries of the former Soviet Union. The tragedy happened during a concert at the Yubileiny Concert Hall in St. Petersburg. The conflict between Aziza's security guard Igor Malakhov and Igor Talkov led to a shootout, but no one saw who exactly fired the fatal shot. By the time of the last shot, which led to the death of the famous performer, Malakhov was already disarmed. Igor Malakhov and the administrator Valery Shlyafman were suspected of the murder of Igor Talkov, but today the guilt of both has not been proven. The investigation in this case was reopened in 2018, but there are still no results.

Yuri Tishkov

The former footballer worked as a TV commentator and football agent in the last years of his life. It is with the last type of activity of Yuri Tishkov that his death in 2003 is associated. The body of the athlete, found on January 11 without signs of life, had a large number of stab wounds. More than 15 years have passed, but the killers of Yuri Tishkov have not been found.

Mikhail Krug

In the summer of 2002, a robbery attack was committed on the house of the famous performer Mikhail Krug. The mother of his wife Irina was the first to suffer, it was her screams that woke up all the household. Seeing Mikhail Krug and his wife on the threshold of the room, the criminals (there were two of them) started shooting. The bard was seriously wounded, Irina managed to escape. Three children who were in the house were not injured. On the morning of July 1, Mikhail Krug died in hospital from gunshot wounds.

Irina Krug, back in 2008, identified the murderer of her husband, but the investigation did not manage to prove his guilt. Only in August 2019, Aleksey Ageev, a member of the Tver Wolves gang, who had received a life sentence for other crimes, confessed: it was he who shot Mikhail Krug.

Tupac Shakur

The retinue of the hip-hop performer, after one of the boxing matches, which took place in a hotel and entertainment complex in Las Vegas, on the night of September 7, 1996, attacked Orlando Anderson, a member of the Crips street gang. After an altercation, Tupac Shakur went to the club by car with his manager Sug Knight. On the way, a white Cadillac stopped next to their car, from which the driver and passenger were shot. The manager managed to survive, and Tupac Shakur died a few days later in the hospital. The murder was not solved, but 22 years after the incident, Dwayne Keith Davis, Orlando Anderson's uncle said: it was his nephew who killed Shakur. Anderson himself had not been alive for a long time by this time, he was shot back in 1998.

Bob Crane

By 1978, the popularity of the American actor was already declining, and Bob Crane himself at this time found solace in endless parties and entertainment. Together with his friend John Carpenter, the actor filmed pornography, while not only openly, but, as it turned out later, often the recording was made without the consent of women, who did not even know about the filming. On June 29, 1978, the body of Bob Crane was discovered by Victoria Ann Berry. The actor was literally beaten to death with an unknown object shaped like a camera tripod, and the police found an electric cord around his neck. John Carpenter was accused of murder, but they could not prove his guilt, especially since his blood samples did not coincide with the sample from the crime scene. The real killer was never found.

Olof Palme

The Swedish politician was shot on the last day of February 1986 right on the central street of Stockholm, when he was returning with his wife from the cinema. An unknown man, met by a married couple at an intersection, shot twice at Olof Palma and fled in an unknown direction. The suspect in the murder of Christer Pettersson was first sentenced to life imprisonment, and then released, considering his guilt unproven. The real killer was never found.

Justice does not always triumph, and the monsters who committed fanaticism and are guilty of death not even hundreds, but millions of people, sometimes die happy, in extreme old age, without a bit of repentance. The Nuremberg Tribunal, which tried Nazi criminals, could not bring everyone to justice.
