Heroes of the art project of the Austrian artist Michael Aaron Williams on the streets of the city are almost invisible. They look like shadows or mirages, they are so silent that one can doubt their existence. They are homeless children, street children, accustomed to living on the street, which has become for them a place for the night, a restaurant, and a school. In the art project of Michael Aaron Williams, they are cardboard figures that can be seen on the streets of Europe, America, Asia and Africa. But only if you look around very carefully. The artist is familiar with such a life firsthand: vagrancy, wandering the streets and spending the night in basements. As a teenager, he was dysfunctional, abused alcohol, dabbled in drugs … He could have easily derailed his life if he had not once grabbed his head, afraid for his future. Then Michael Aaron Williams realized that he needed to look for a way out, and saw it in creativity, art. Which he is successfully engaged in to this day. It is not surprising that in his works he pays a lot of attention to disadvantaged children and adults, their fates and future.
A living flower, a bright ribbon, a shell or a starfish, a paper boat or a necklace made of several beads - these objects the artist attaches to the cardboard image of homeless children. And not just for beauty, but so that some passer-by could take this item with him. How could I take and warm a little man, feed and dress him in the cold season - save him in the same way that art once saved him. A sad art project, but thought-provoking. In particular, that there are enough kind and sympathetic people in the world, and kindness can work miracles.
With his unusual street art, Michael Aaron Williams hopes to raise funds for the construction and creation of shelters for street children and homeless adults.

Villages that no longer exist and the ghost towns of the USSR: Why people left these places forever
It is impossible to say exactly how many abandoned cities there are on the territory of the former USSR. Recently, they have become a favorite destination for adventure seekers and those interested in a bygone era. If once people left these places, for one reason or another, now, in the wake of the popularity of the “end of the world”, the Maya calendar, Vanga's predictions and other apocalyptic moods, they again rushed to these ghost towns. Despite the fact that now they are beyond the board of modernity, once they
What habits of Soviet people seem strange today
As they say, habit is second nature. There are good habits, there are bad ones, and there are those that came to us from the USSR. People of the older generation probably remember what life was like under the Soviet Union. He was very strongly influenced by the deficit, giving rise to even natural superstitions, forcing him to develop habits that today will be incomprehensible to many, or even completely ridiculous. Almost everyone knows about some today, but some have been forgotten. The more interesting it will be to remember the strange customs of that era

People and money, people made of money. Art project Big Business from SenseTeam
The Chinese creative agency SenseTeam presented a symbolic art project at the Asia award 2011 exhibition, which consisted of several huge portraits of people. These portraits from afar resembled patchwork, but upon closer inspection, they turned out to be … collages of money, of a variety of currencies. At the exhibition, they appeared under the name Big Business
People, people and again people. Drawings by John Beinart
If you only have a couple of moments to get to know Jon Beinart, then, glancing over his paintings, you will see black and white portraits or several human figures. But the drawings of this author are nevertheless recommended to be considered more thoughtfully and more carefully: and then you will see that in each image there are tens and hundreds of people, who can be peered at for hours
