Larisa Golubkina dreamed of becoming an actress since childhood, despite the fact that her military father considered this occupation frivolous and warned against temptations and disappointments, inevitably awaiting, in his opinion, a girl in an acting environment. “The artist is the devil knows what! You can't even stand next to Tim - not what he should be! - he said. Therefore, Larisa entered the music school in secret from her father. Although she did not go to music school, she had good vocal abilities, so she was accepted immediately.

After graduating from college, Larisa Golubkina entered the department of musical comedy at GITIS, and her parents had to come to terms with this. The beginning of the actress's creative career was very successful: in her sophomore year she received an offer to play the main role in Eldar Ryazanov's film "The Hussar Ballad". The whole country recognized her in the image of the hussar girl Shurochka Azarova. True, years later, the actress admits that she can watch this film until the middle - now it seems to her that her acting at that time was very imperfect.

After the premiere of the film, Larisa began to be besieged not by fans, but by … fans. The fans imitated the hussar girl, talked in a bass and smoked. Golubkina confessed: “After the“Hussar Ballad”girls started running after me. As men hunt for idols, so crowds of girls rushed after me. They bombarded her with letters and were on duty at the entrance.

After graduation, Larisa was admitted to the Central Academic Theater of the Soviet Army. She performed on the stage of this theater all her life. Due to the constant employment in performances, the artist often refused film roles, and over time, the proposals began to come in less and less. Larisa Golubkina continued to act in films in the 1970-1980s, but Shurochka from The Hussar Ballad remained her most famous role. She herself calls herself an actress of one role, but in some ways it was her conscious choice: “I convinced myself that a woman should not act after 45 years. At best, when some absolutely amazing role falls on you … And so, just to flicker … At 45 you are no longer a girl, and your appearance changes. In general, I convinced myself that there is no work in the cinema, well, okay."

Larisa Golubkina never spoke much about her personal life. It is only known that before meeting Andrei Mironov, she lived in a civil barge with Nikolai Shcherbinsky, from whom she gave birth to a daughter Masha (however, he himself does not recognize his paternity). When they met with Mironov, Masha was already a year old. The actor adopted her and raised her like his own daughter.

Golubkina still remembers 14 years of marriage with Mironov with warmth and tenderness. There were always a lot of guests in their house, they often held holidays and get-togethers. After the sudden death of her husband, Larisa Golubkina decided to leave everything in the house as it was with him - this was a tribute to her memory.

And now the artist speaks of her loneliness not without bitterness and regret: “You come to a restaurant, there are only women sitting there. Self-sufficient, self-sufficient. I am the same too. I am driving myself, I solve all the problems, I don’t ask for help from anyone. Thank God I can handle it. It would probably be nice if I had a gentleman, smart, my age, with whom I could go to the opera. But these have not yet started. … I sometimes really want to find a person who would take care of me, take care of me, support me, but at this age I see no reason to get married. I don’t feel lonely, my daughter and beloved grandchildren are saving me”.
