American Brooke Bartleson more than anything in the world he loves animals and nature in general. Really loves very much. So much so that I decided to sacrifice my "normal" life in exchange for spending all my time in the wilderness and taking great pictures of wild animals. Check out this collection of Brooke's most heartfelt shots. From the polar regions of Northern Canada to the shores of the Alaska Peninsula, through the Rocky Mountains and beyond, the photographer searches for and hunts wild animals. Brook documents various moments in the life of these animals, their incredible strength and breathtaking pristine beauty.
The photographer eagerly shares his work in the hope that it will inspire people to help preserve the various endangered wildlife habitats in the world right now.
Perhaps these photos will inspire you to travel uncharted places and try your hand at the art of wildlife photography.
Tundra and mountains, forests and plains - all this belongs to wild animals, this is their fiefdom and kingdom.
Filming various places of wildlife and its inhabitants took Brook into the harshest places, where human dominance is almost not felt and the land is mainly in the possession of animals.
Extreme weather conditions, remote areas and difficult terrain impede human development of these territories, so they remain at the mercy of nature.
In these regions, the roads become trails. They belong to local inhabitants: bears and coyotes that go in search of food and shelter.
Human structures are often inaccessible due to moose and deer that have settled nearby. The modern world, in which there is such a clear line between civilization and wildlife, is relatively new compared to most of human history.
For Brooke Bartleson, wildlife photography is a way to return to the world in which our ancestors lived, to awaken those natural instincts and feelings that have faded away in today's safe and comfortable life.
The photographer has even traveled to unsafe places such as the arctic tundra. The temperature there dropped to -31 degrees Celsius. Brooke slept in the mountain meadows to the sound of wolf howls from the forest.
Bartleson says that despite all the inconveniences and difficulties, this is the life she dreamed of and she can't wait to go somewhere else in the very near future.
