Once a little Rodion Gazmanov conquered the whole country, performing a song about a missing dog named Lucy. The success was phenomenal, and the future path of the young singer seemed predetermined. But the eldest son of a famous performer, contrary to expectations, chose a completely different profession, in no way connected with creativity, and reached certain heights in his career. Later, Rodion Gazmanov decided to return to the starting position and start all over again.

Choice of profession

Even at a time when Oleg Gazmanov, his wife Irina and little Rodion lived in Kaliningrad, the singer noticed that his son had perfect pitch. The boy very cleanly deduced, as if by notes, the melody from the TV program "News". Of course, the child's talent needed to be cut. So four-year-old Rodion ended up in a children's ensemble, then in a music school, and after moving to Moscow he performed for the first time in the Morning Star with that very song Lucy.

Rodion was only 12 years old when he found out that his parents were divorcing. Oleg Gazmanov did not stop helping the family, fully providing for his ex-wife and son, he also did not stop communicating with Rodion, but the boy was very worried at first. As they grew up, a more restrained attitude towards the situation came and the acceptance of the fact that mom and dad can live separately, without ceasing to love their child.

Rodion could not come to terms with the fact that he had to study in Great Britain. When his parents sent him to Buckswood Grange International School at the age of 14, he honestly tried to get used to it. But all two years of study turned into a real torture for him, and the decision of his parents to take him out of the British school, it seems, made him the happiest person in the world.

At the age of 18, he had a serious conversation with his father, who until that moment had constantly given him pocket money. Now Rodion had to provide for himself. And he learned to live without his father's support, however, only as he grew up did he understand why his father acted this way. And now Rodion is proud of his independence at that time. He graduated from the Finance Academy with honors, and in a nightclub, where he started out as a bartender, eventually became a manager.

After graduating from the Academy, Rodion was accepted into a large retail chain as an analyst; later he held fairly high positions in companies in various fields of activity, from real estate to construction. Rodion built a house at his own expense, and after all, he decided to return to the roots and again take up music.

Oleg Gazmanov took the decision of his son without enthusiasm and even rude to Rodion. It seemed to him sheer madness to want to quit his financial career and start life virtually from scratch.

Lightness of Being

Rodion Gazmanov himself had no doubts about the correctness of his choice. He knew for sure that he could cope with all the problems on his own. Now he writes poetry and music, from time to time collaborates with other authors, has already released two solo albums. His famous father is frankly proud of his son's success, although he does not always understand and approve of his actions.

And for imperfection during performances, he is even able not to speak with the heir for a couple of weeks, as it was after Rodion performed the song "Esaul" during the show "Just the same", when Gazmanov Jr. could not perfectly perform an acrobatic stunt during a performance. But Rodion is not discouraged about this, but stubbornly, step by step, brings his numbers to perfection.

Rodion Gazmanov also publishes reviews about cars in specialized publications. By the way, he started by publishing small articles about cars for his subscribers in his personal blog. But they turned out to be so popular that now he is also in demand as a specialist in this field.

Without wasting on trifles

Today Rodion Gazmanov frankly admits that the divorce of his parents left an imprint on his attitude towards the family. That childhood trauma was so strong that he decided for himself once and for all: he will marry once and for life.

Of course, he does not suffer at all from the lack of attention from the fair sex. From time to time he is credited with novels with famous girls. Lisa Arzamasova and Olga Buzova were named as Rodion Gazmanov's bride, but he himself prefers not to talk about his personal life.

True, in one of the programs he mentioned that he could have married in his youth, but his wise mother rejected many applicants for the role of wife. If she didn’t like her son’s girlfriend (and there were the majority of them), then she knew with just a couple of phrases to cross out her son’s delight and rid him of ardent feelings. And she didn't seem to mean anything particularly bad. Only in front of her son could I say with admiration about the cute protruding ears of his chosen one or about the big nose. From that moment on, Rodion could not get rid of the emphasis on shortcomings. It seems that now Irina Pavlovna regrets her approach. For her son is already forty, but he is still not married and in the near future she does not threaten the birth of grandchildren.

Rodion Gazmanov has long come to the conclusion that it is time for him to start a family. Only now he dreams of two, or preferably three, children at once, the main thing is that they are all from one woman, whom he will once and for all call his wife.

Not many people know that for the sake of his current wife, the singer and idol of millions of women Oleg Gazmanov once left the family, knowing that the one without which he could not live is not free. And it took her several years to finally understand: they are meant for each other. The amazing story of this touching relationship makes even skeptics believe in the providence of fate.
