It just so happens that Eastern European photographers usually look at life very darkly, and those of them who are engaged in portraits, fish out the darkest of the bins of the souls of their models. For the Pole Jarosław Kubicki, this is only partly true: among his portraits there are both girls in muzzles and simple, unburdened faces.
Speaking about the gloomy creativity of the inhabitants of Eastern Europe, one cannot but recall the admirer of David Lynch and compatriot Jarosław Kubicki Andrzej Dragan, whose characters of gloomy portraits seem to hide some terrible secret, but at the same time they are amazingly beautiful. Jarosław Kubicki is much simpler in this regard: among his works there are also enough ordinary portraits, and unusual portraits, many of which are made in the style of sado-maso or nude.
Jarosław Kubicki was born in 1976 and studied art in the cities of Gdynia and Gdansk. Photo portraits are just the tip of the iceberg of his work. He has done many covers for bands, for example. Most of them are local, and are almost unknown in Russia, and yet here are a few names: Closterkeller, Moonlight, Agonised by love. He also arranged photo sessions for some of these groups. He also photographed them at concerts.
In 2001, he founded his own design studio, Insania Evidens. Jarosław Kubicki's unusual designs have been the basis of many sites, and he has received numerous awards for his design work, including the America's Design Award.
And even that is not all - among his works there are a lot of graphics and digital art, and among his photographs there are very interesting landscapes. But ordinary and unusual portraits of various people are best for him. Looking at completely different models and photographs with different stylistics (Jarosław Kubicki does not adhere to any particular technique: his works are full of both black and white in the spirit of Donata Wenders and typical fashion photos), it seems that this Pole can look into the soul of everyone.
All of the above talents of Jarosław Kubicki are available for viewing on his website.

Celebrities from all sorts of things. Unusual installation portraits by Bernard Pras
Not everyone is capable of believing that an artist named Bernard Pras, from a pile of various things, creates installations in the form of portraits of celebrities. Especially if he looks at this pile of things from a different point of view. More precisely, from the wrong point of view, because these portraits-installations, among other things, are optical illusions, and add up to a meaningful image only when they are looked at from the right angle. Stages of art development in unusual portraits by Maxim Ksuta
More than 4000 thousand photographs of the best works of art were needed by the artist Maxim Ksuta to create a series of portraits symbolizing "life" and the stages of development of art from antiquity to the present day. From each picture, the viewer looks at the "face" of the era, assembled from images of the best works of the corresponding time and at the same time being its symbol. According to the artist, the art we know has outlived its usefulness, today it is dying, and humanity is looking for new forms of self-expression. Painter
Unusual photos from unusual angles
I think everyone will agree that in order for a photo to turn out not only beautiful, but also interesting, it is not enough to be a good photographer, you also need to be an experienced photographer in order to be able to notice and have time to catch and capture the right moment
Unusual from ordinary. Installations by Kristina Lewis
California-based artist Kristina Lewis throws away little. No, she does not hand over waste paper or scrap materials - she herself uses all this in the name of art and for the good of mankind. So, her incomparable, but slightly incomprehensible installations are made of the most incredible things, from rubber scraps to unnecessary cocktail tubes
A sculptor who creates the unusual from the ordinary. Original installations by Jacob Dahlgren
A creative person differs from "ordinary" people in that he is able to see the unusual in the ordinary. Often he looks at the world from his own, special angle, and thanks to these abilities, he gives the world wonderful works of art that you can admire almost endlessly. And suddenly it turns out that from quite ordinary objects, such as multi-colored blocks of paper for notes, empty cans, multi-colored zippers, and other things with which we
