Plastic bags, or, as our western brothers call them - plastic bags - they are everywhere. In shops, in hands, in pockets, on the ground, in trees, you cannot hide from them until they come up with a worthy replacement for them. Well, while there are so many of them, guys-designers of installations like Nils voelker (Nils Voelker) come up with various uses for the ubiquitous packages.
Nils was born on the 4th of July 1979 in Aalen, Germany. He studied from 1999 to 2004 and decided to take up design. In 2010, it suddenly struck him to create an installation of hundreds and eight plastic bags. One hundred and eight packages are laid out one after another and are controlled by processors, alternately inflating them in the desired sequence. With a characteristic rustling, the pouches resemble the play of ocean waves - very soothing.
