Everyone celebrates the anniversary in their own way - someone on a grand scale, someone modestly and in the family circle, but if we are talking about celebrities, anniversaries, you cannot get off with a modest celebration. So, fashion house Louis vuittonfamous for his leather handbags, wallets, key holders, business card holders and other stylish accessories, for the 100th anniversary of the SLG Savoir Faire collection sculpture exhibition from a London sculptor Billie Achilleos … Curiously, all the sculptures were made from the very accessories for which Louis Vuitton is famous. So, at the exhibition one could see a chameleon made of belts and business card holders, a beaver from handbags, an armadillo made of key holders and a purse, as well as a grasshopper, more reminiscent of a praying mantis.
The sculptor managed to assemble such different accessories into one whole, turning the "dead" skin of animals into "living" animals and insects, using the finished products of the Louis Vuitton fashion house. Despite the fact that there were only four sculptures, the author managed to capture the very essence of the exhibition, and successfully presented it in Paris at a press conference dedicated to the new collection of Louis Vuitton accessories for the fall-winter 2011/2012 season.
