Pictures polar bears There are quite a few on the Internet: most often photographers shoot them while swimming against the backdrop of an endless snowy desert. Here comes the French photographer Sylvain Cordier - the author of an impressive series of works, in which a family of bears is captured against the backdrop of a stunning sunset.
Photos taken by Sylvain Cordier in Alaska at the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. For three weeks the photographer lived on a boat, observing the daily life of polar bears. Every evening he "accompanied" the family on an evening walk and photographed the animals while they watched the sunset. The bears became so accustomed to the presence of the 67-year-old photographer that they even stopped responding to camera clicks. According to Sylvain Cordier, the red and orange colors of the sunset are the perfect backdrop against which to show off polar bears in all their beauty.
By the way, on the site Kulturologiya. RF we have already written about another wonderful photo project, the protagonists of which are polar bears. Photographer Paul Solders, like Sylvain Cordier, managed to communicate with these animals face to face. Needless to say, bears, despite their impressive size, do not look aggressive at all, their pictures can be admired for a long time.
