They lived apart for some time, until Paul's father made a strong-willed decision to live together. He fenced off a piece in the room with a screen, and Pavel and Rosalia found their first corner.

There should be only one artist in the family

After graduating from the theater, Rosalia Kotovich was no less promising as an actress than her husband. But she preferred the interests of the family to her own. She sincerely believed that there could not be two equally famous people in the family. Someone has to help their soul mate. She became exactly the one that helps. It was thanks to Rosalia Ivanovna that Pavel Petrovich was able to fully reveal his acting talent and become an actor whom the whole country knew and loved.

On the eve of June 22, 1941, Kadochnikov starred in the last shots of the comedy "Anton Ivanovich is Angry", the dubbing took place already in wartime. He wanted to go to the front, but his shooting for films of defense significance was considered more important for raising morale and was sent to shoot in Stalingrad. Rosalia Ivanovna followed him, believing that it was impossible to part during the war. In December 1944, she followed her husband to Tbilisi to shoot "Robinson Crusoe", when only a few days were left before the birth of their first-born Peter. They did not reach Tbilisi, Rosalia was taken off the train at the Kavkazskaya station. In honor of the birth of Peter, Pavel Kadochnikov fired three volleys from a rifle. The spouses kept three shell casings in a special box until the end of their days.

Then there were his epoch-making roles in "The Tale of a Real Man" and in "The Exploit of the Scout." Pavel Kadochnikov was called a werewolf, for his ability to masterly transform into any images, playing authentically and sincerely. To feel the pain of a pilot with broken legs, Pavel Petrovich poured thorny spruce cones into his high boots. And he played, experiencing not invented, but the very real unbearable pain.

The present is forever

They were always happy together. And they generously shared not only their happiness and their love. They received in the house everyone who needed their help. Pavel Petrovich and Rozaliya Ivanovna gave one of the homeless children who tried to steal the actor's wallet with a real start in life. They were given shelter in their home, and later they settled in the Suvorov School. Many years later, a stately young pilot rang at their door, in whom it was impossible to recognize a grimy and hungry street child. When they stopped filming Kadochnikov, they began to give concerts together.

They all lived together: the happiness and sorrow that befell them. In 1981, their adored son Petenka died on vacation, leaving behind two daughters Natasha and Yulia. Later, in 1984, the eldest son Kostya died of a heart attack. They took the loss hard. Together. He had a job. And she has only him. And Pavel Petrovich spared no time and mental strength to help his beloved bath to cope with the trouble.

In his last film, Silver Strings, where Pavel Kadochnikov acted as a director, he filmed his entire family: himself, Rosalia Ivanovna, both granddaughters. He said goodbye. They lived a good life.
