Last week, a song about the Great Fire of London, "London's burning", suddenly became relevant. The world admired the riots in the streets, looting and their happy suppression. The flaming double decker from the caricature of the Austrian Petar Pismestrovic is not fictional. But now that the capital is out of danger, and workers are removing shields from supermarkets, we can give the floor to cartoonists from around the world, creating more resourceful than hilarious drawings of the riots in London.
1. In the tail - not in the mane
Something the king of beasts was not happy. And all because the tail of the English lion was fried - London. The riots at the tip of the tail is a good image that shows, firstly, that the capital is separate, and the whole kingdom is separate. Secondly, that a burning tail is half the trouble, but if the mane catches fire, it will be worse. And thirdly, even the problems on the tail frighten the English Leo. The fears of one of the symbols of the kingdom were embodied by the Swedish cartoonist Olle Johansson.
2. Find 10 differences
Singaporean cartoonist Deng Coy Miel offers good old newspaper fun - Find 10 Differences. The two faces of the British capital remind us that London is a city of contrasts.
3. Olympic flame
American cartoonist John Cole suggests considering the riots in London as preparation for the 2012 Olympics. You say it's too early for rehearsals? So that's what the British and pedants. The drawing looks very similar to the delivery of the Olympic flame, only instead of the torch there is a bottle of Molotov cocktails, and bullets (rubber, if you believe the press) are driving the "Olympian".
4. Genie from Molotov cocktails
In a drawing by Indian cartoonist Paresh Nath, anarchy does not want to return to the Molotov cocktail. Even after the conversation with David Cameron (by the way, the drawing explains the long absence of the prime minister in the country: he, therefore, communicated with the gin (n)).
Besides, okay perfume (that's half the trouble), but how does a baseball bat fit into the vessel? However, if craftsmen push a ship into a narrow neck, then wait for new office souvenirs with a London flavor: soon there will be a bat in a bottle at Amazon. Bestseller!
5. Application "Anarchy"
American cartoonist Gordon Campbell offers a new phone app, codenamed Anarchy, but says nothing about the content. What promises the new program - really exciting car races?

Black Friday in America 2011 through the eyes of cartoonists
An annual frenzy called the "pre-Christmas sale" has begun in the United States. Stores attract customers to their networks, customers willingly go to the distributed networks themselves. Many Americans spend this month all of their savings from the previous year. The stores sell everything that has been gathering dust on the shelves since last Christmas. But the buying rush this year was still slightly different from all the previous ones. American cartoonists turned their attention to these differences
Photoshoplooter - a humorous blog dedicated to the riots in London

Children's Environmental Issues Through the Eyes of Children at the Children's Eyes on Earth Photo Contest
The legendary American science fiction writer asked mankind one of the most pressing questions of our time: "When our descendants see the desert into which we turned the Earth, what excuse will they find for us?" Of course, he is only one of many who tried to point out to people the need to respect nature. As well as the worldwide Children's Eyes on Earth competition for young photographers, one of the attempts to show the Earth without embellishment, as we have already inherited it from
Changes in the social network Facebook (Facebook) through the eyes of cartoonists
Changes in Facebook occur from year to year. Is it good or bad? People chained to the account, like convicts to cannonballs, get used to the design and options. And if the cozy one changes, you have to settle in the virtual space again and figure out what's what. This can be unsettling. In addition, users are worried about whether Facebook will now invade their personal territory, whether the photo gallery of skeletons from the closet will get public commenting. Foreign cartoonists share their observations
Another fell asleep at work: the everyday life of air traffic controllers through the eyes of cartoonists
The air traffic controller must ensure the safe movement of aircraft, Wikipedia and common sense tell us. But keeping vigilant control over what is happening in the air, oh, how difficult it is. In the works of cartoonists, the idea is traced that we are all not without sin: how not to fall asleep at the service in the silence of the night? So the English-language analogue of our expression "sleeps like a firefighter" - "sleeps like an air traffic controller"
