More than once we have talked about the art of painting with smoke, mentioning the self-taught photographer Stoffel De Roover, whose games with smoke turn into stunning pictures, and also talked about the work of the Turkish photographer Mehmet Ozgur, who in his works explores the beauty of smoke curls. This time we present to your attention pictures of Will Cook, a photo artist and psychotherapist from New York.

Artist Will Cook creates these stunning paintings by photographing jets of smoke emanating from incense sticks or candles. After the sticks are lit, Will lets them rise so that the smoke begins to "dance and whirl" before painting dozens of paintings in a minute. He then reviews the captured images, picking out interesting images with distinct imagery. The photographer also uses Photoshop to give the smoke a distinct look, bringing it to life with light, and slightly altering its shape and shape.

Will Cook even uses Christmas festive garlands as part of the backdrop for some of his paintings. One of the most popular and beloved by many works is the "smoke" image of a reindeer, a beautiful female body and a bright ice cream cone.

And although Will very often gives names to his paintings, many people see completely different forms in "smoke" images. “I think people are delighted with the different shapes and images they see and are surprised that it's just smoke. Smoke frozen in time is something that people often cannot see, because it is fluid,”says Will Cook.
