People living in cities are used to walking down the street, stepping over garbage lying here and there, plastic bags, wrappers, and sometimes something larger. This phenomenon is already on an international scale due to the growing consumer needs of the inhabitants of the entire planet, where products quickly lose their importance, become obsolete and subsequently thrown away. People have adapted to this way of life, but by no means animals, which are gradually losing touch with the natural environment.

Scottish sculptor Kenny Hunter shows the unnaturalness between the natural world and the man-made environment. His sculptural installations show how the natural world adapts to humans and their invasions.

Kenny Hunter's new exhibition is based on a familiar urban context in which animals and birds are placed among the heaps of garbage and consumer waste that have become their habitat. The works of the author, presented at the exhibition, clearly demonstrate the sculptor's usual style of execution, in particular, regarding the sculpting of animals: smooth, without sharp forms, kind, almost fabulous, they are somewhat reminiscent of children's toys and cartoon characters. The sculptures look traditional and even conservative.
