Alexander Mashkevich conceived the insurance company Eurasia as one of the divisions of the Eurasian Group holding, which is currently known as the Eurasian Resources Group.

At the initial stage of the creation of the company "Eurasia" was conceived as a subsidiary holding specializing in the extraction and processing of mineral resources.
