For fans of reading, designers create a lot of shelves, table lamps, special bedside tables, bookmarks. In a word, looking at all this, one just wants to pick up a book. Just for the sake of using all those lamps and shelves later.
The first shelf I would like to talk about was created by WIS Design. It looks a lot like a birdhouse, doesn't it? No wonder she got the name - "Readers' Nest". Of course, such a shelf is unlikely to hold many books. A couple can be put on the shelf itself, and another one - upstairs, where the roof of the proposed birdhouse is. Everything was conceived on purpose so that when you put the book on the roof, you do not need a bookmark - so you will definitely not forget on which page you stopped reading. Despite the fact that the shelf is extremely simple, it is quite cute and many will surely like it.
The second project also deserves special mention. Here we see not just a shelf, but also a lamp. The shelf itself looks like a carriage, it even has wheels. Only very small books will fit here, and there cannot be a lot of them either. But the advantage is obvious, because it is also a lamp. You can put it on your bedside table and read it for your pleasure. I guess it's not worth saying that the lamp looks extremely cute? I am sure that both the first and the second project will really appeal to the girls. But for young people, these shelves will probably seem like a completely impractical idea. You can't put a lot of books, some kind of childish form … Well, this is an idea - you just need to put or hang a shelf in the nursery!
