The fact is that this young lady is so nimble and nimble, she loves experiments and extravagance so much that she can sometimes be found in the most inappropriate places. For example, at a garbage dump. Or at a stationery store. Or even in the living room of his home. So, the Polish-American artist Adam Niklewicz draws inspiration from everyday objects that she sees a hundred times a day. Carpets, tables, dishes, clothes - the most commonplace, everyday objects make the author want to create. And not just create, but look for new functions in them, invent a new purpose for them, thereby creating non-trivial objects with a unique author's style. And now the sweater is no longer just a sweater, but a real art object, and the plate of food does not look as ordinary and familiar as before …

As for the author himself, he emigrated to the United States back in the 80s, and calls his sculptures an echo of nostalgia, puts his emigre sadness into each of them. Perhaps simple things, like a sweater, a bowl of soup, a table served for tea, seem to him as familiar as the objects of his parents' home familiar from childhood. And the ornateness and uniqueness of the sculptures built on the basis of these simple images symbolizes the interweaving of the past and the future, the familiar and the alien, the ordinary and the original.
