The only clients ordering so-called "boudoir sessions" are attractive girls and women who either hope to lure a potential groom or donate these pictures to an already found life partner. The photographs are always quite provocative and almost always quite the same type. When Brandon Williams from Canada began to think about what would be give your wife a birthday presentto surprise and delight her, his photographer friend submitted an unusual idea …
Brandon Williams (Brendon Williams) is not prone to narcissism or extravagant antics, but this project amused him to glory. Photographer Masika May (Masika May) called this shoot "dudoir" (sort of like "dudes' boudoir"). Together Masika and Brandon discussed the concept of photos and decided to use exactly the same that Masika uses for regular photo shoots with girls: ruffles, lace, pastel colors, soft natural light, flirting poses and looks, and of course, a minimum of clothes …
Masica May has been friends with the Brandon Williams family for a long time and did many photo shoots for them. All the techniques have been worked out long ago, but not with such a model, of course. William was a little nervous about how his wife would take such an unusual gift. All pictures were arranged in a photo book, beautifully packaged as a real gift. When his wife opened the box and saw the contents, she burst out laughing, and said that this is perhaps the best gift ever. William was pleased that it was not in vain that he posed in such an unusual setting. It's not scary for your loved ones to seem stupid - the main thing is not to forget to show them your love.
Back in the 1700s, boudoir scenes often became the subjects of canvases commissioned by eminent and noble people from the high class. Even King Louis XV did not hesitate to order countless portraits of his mistresses. One of the most famous artists of this style was François Boucher, whom we talked about in our review " Favorite artist of the Marquise de Pompadour."
