All these photographs were taken in Paris back in 1923. And on many of them, Paris looks completely different from what people are used to seeing it today - windmills, horse-drawn carriages, and on the streets people in clothes that you can't see today. If you look at the photos carefully, you can see many interesting details that allow you to learn a lot of interesting things about the capital of romance.

City Lights at Night: Photographs by Christian Stoll
American writer Ed McBain compared the city to a huge woman, incredibly beautiful in the evening and at night, and repulsive in the morning - without makeup and in curlers. Anyone who has seen the lights of a night metropolis at least once will hardly ever forget this sight, and will be able to understand what is drawing people into this seemingly soulless collection of concrete boxes and snorting cars. German photographer and designer Christian Stoll gives us this opportunity
A story in color: a dozen black and white photographs in color
We have already fallen in love with photo projects combining photographs of the past and the present. But story fans from the ColorizedHistory community love a colored story. Rather, the work of professional artists who approach their work in a complex way: they rely on historical information, aesthetic preferences and their own taste, when they return the color to old black and white photographs. They return it, because life "then" was also full of bright, saturated color as it is now
Carnival of lights and lights. Photographs by Mark Plonski
American photographer Mark Plonsky is best known for his stunning macro photography of flora and fauna. However, his portfolio includes not so famous, but no less interesting works, which it is impossible to pass by without stopping to consider at least one of them. The collection, which attracts the viewer's attention with its expression, play of colors and shades, is called Carnival Lights, which means "Carnival Lights"
