Photos of Bigfoot were published on the Internet. The footage was taken in one of the private houses where the yeti somehow wandered in an incredible way. Joke? Yes and no. During the pandemic, many of those who planned to buy an apartment or house, for various reasons, left this idea until better times. Realtors all over the world are racking their brains over how to get buyers interested, and here one of them, wishing to draw everyone's attention to the house for sale, "settled" a Bigfoot in it.
A little humor won't hurt
But first, about the photographs. In a house located in the forests of California, a hairy creature or, in scientific terms, a relic hominid behaves quite like a man: bakes cookies, walks on the couch, gardening, doing yoga and even chatting with someone via video chat. And in one of the pictures, he even walks in a protective mask, demonstrating that he takes precautions during a pandemic.
For a very long time, Internet users could not understand: is this a real Bigfoot or ingenious marketing? The Yeti looks painfully realistic in these photos.
The answer was simple. The Bigfoot idea came up with real estate agent Daniel Oster. The realtor offered this marketing ploy to the sellers of the house, which was going to put up for sale, and they supported the idea.
- We decided that a little frivolity and humor during a pandemic would not hurt people. Many are under great stress now, and we hoped to make people smile in this way. And at the same time, they understood that with the help of a funny yeti, as many potential buyers as possible would find out about the house.
The realtor was right: the photo of the Bigfoot really aroused great interest among Internet users, which brought popularity to the house: Oster has already received many calls from those who want to see the house.
"House for the Yeti" in the middle of the forest
The cottage in question has five bedrooms and three bathrooms (174 square meters). The house is located in a dense forest, so it is perfect for lovers of secluded life in nature. Well, the "house with the yeti" is worth 999 thousand dollars.
By the way, this house was built back in 1939, but you can't tell from its appearance: it has been completely renovated and modernized. In addition, the cottage is eco-friendly and cozy: it has a lot of wooden details, the rooms are filled with light, and the walls are painted in soft colors. Why not a dwelling for Bigfoot!

By the way, this is not the first time that realtors have used the image of a furry yeti to attract buyers. For example, Bigfoot appeared at the end of last year in an advertisement for a house in the US state of Ohio and, I must say, the house was successfully sold.
A realtor named Shauna Bailey bought a Bigfoot costume for Halloween and intended to use it to draw some attention to the plots he sells. The homeowners she represented were thrilled with the idea and asked her to use the Bigfoot suit in their advertisements and their real estate too. The image of the yeti brought success to the realtor.
