Apparently, Danish photographer and fingerprint expert Kim Høltermand came to us from the gloomy town of Silent Hill. Well, or, in any case, he has been there more than once - in almost all of his photographs we see abandoned city, fog, dullness, and it seems that bloodthirsty monsters are about to come out of this mist.
Post-apocalyptic theme and abandoned cities loved not only in the gaming and film industries. Artists also like a bleak future - remember, for example, the post-apocalyptic Moscow or London of the future. Kim Høltermand uses this theme in 70 percent of her work, be it cities, trees, or even ordinary night landscapes.
Kim Høltermand lives and works in the Danish town of Varlos. Born in 1977, he is involved in two things in his life: either as an architecture photographer, he takes dark, mostly black and white pictures of buildings, or as a fingerprint expert he helps the Danish National Police.
Kim's website is currently under construction, but is on the Behance network. There you can see some of the most interesting cycles of his work: in addition to one abandoned city, there are trees, a metropolis, islands and much more, all in the same post-apocalyptic style.

Chinese author Jiang Pengyi, like many of his fellow countrymen, could not remain indifferent to the rapid changes that have swept China in recent years.
