Fragile Korean woman Miru Kim, in addition to being a talented photographer, is fond of a rather unusual occupation. No, to visit good restaurants, museums, exhibitions, sales and concerts - the girl crawls through abandoned catacombs, dilapidated factories, houses prepared for demolition and other buildings that were once schools, kindergartens, factories …
Of course, all this is done solely for the love of art and the desire to self-actualize in a creative photography project, which Miru Kim called "Naked City Spleen". Oh yes! Do not forget to say about the most important thing: wandering through all these ruins, Miru Kim does not let go of the camera, which takes portraits of herself, her beloved, against the background of picturesque ruins, rusty pieces of iron, leaking pipes, destroyed walls. And only in the nude …
I think it is necessary to explain the author's idea a little, since it is difficult to figure out why a thin, slender girl should act in such obscene places. Miru Kim is a frustrated physician, surgeon. At one time, she simply fell in love with the New York streets, and she saw them differently from all tourists. The girl managed to "operate" the city, look into its very essence, and see the other side of gloss and beauty. The city appeared before her completely naked - hence the name of the project "Naked City Spleen".
In the photographs of Miru, we, in fact, can see what is hidden under the external attractiveness and tinsel of large, beautiful cities with all their neon lights, clean avenues, trimmed bushes and manicured lawns. Not only New York is involved in the project - Miru Kim undressed and “undressed” Honduras, Hong Kong, Paris, Berlin, London … All these works are available on the photo artist's website.

How words from the Bible served as a subject for many paintings of the Renaissance: "Do not touch Me"
When choosing a theme for a new work, Renaissance artists often turned to this subject. It was not one of the most widespread, like, for example, the Annunciation, and did not open up opportunities for such a popular image of the naked body in that era as the Old Testament story about Susanna and the elders, and yet paintings called "Do not touch me" were written by many outstanding painters. The emotional richness of the scene, the complex poses of the characters, their facial expressions - all this presented a certain challenge
