Dasha was a little cautious, but seeing the goodwill of strangers, she held out her hands to Olga.

So Mikhail Barshchevsky and his wife Olga in 2008 took two-year-old twins Maxim and Dasha from the orphanage. However, before daring this crucial step, Borshchevsky and his wife went through the school of foster parents. They were, of course, very worried about the aspect that children can inherit genes, character traits and behaviors of biological parents. But, experts helped Mikhail and Olga understand that the most important thing for a child is upbringing and environment.

And, of course, not everything went smoothly at the beginning. Life in the orphanage made itself felt. Dasha loved to get into her nanny's bag and take her things. It was possible to wean the girl from this with ridicule, since neither explanation nor persuasion helped in any way. When one day the girl's act was ridiculed, it worked - she never again took other people's things without asking.

The Borshchevsky family decided not to hide from the children that they are not relatives, but adopted. And they told Maxim and Dasha about this when they were 6 years old. Children study in a regular general education school, as parents believe that they should be in society and communicate with different children.
