Sergei Shakurov was born on January 1, 1942 in Moscow into a large family. He was the youngest of four children of Kayum Tuffitovich Shakurov and Olga Sergeevna Shcheglova. His father, a Tatar by nationality, was a noble hunter in Moscow, he kept a kennel for 16 dogs. He was engaged in hunting professionally, so the father of the family appeared at home extremely rarely. The mother was engaged in raising the offspring. But by and large the little one was left to himself. Mom never lectured him, did not lecture, did not scold him for deuces, truancy and hooliganism. It is now difficult to judge how such freedom and communication with the inhabitants of the street would have ended for Seryozha, if at the age of 10 he had not seriously taken a great interest in sports, having enrolled in the acrobatics section. It was this moment that became a turning point in his life.
The hobby absorbed Shakurov Jr. so much that he abandoned literally everything: both courtyard friends and school, and four years later, one more thing was added to his hobby for acrobatics - theater. Sergei entered the drama club, where he began to comprehend the basics of acting.
By the age of 18, having become a master of sports in acrobatics and a talented amateur actor, Shakurov was faced with a choice: to pursue a career as an athlete or an actor. Choosing a theater, in 1961 Shakurov entered the studio school at the Central Children's Theater. Moreover, the famous playwright recommended him there, who once got to the performance of their amateur drama club, was intrigued by Shakurov's play and invited him to take up the theater in earnest.
Natalia Oleneva - first love
By the way, Sergei girls went crazy when he was still a kid. And when he started playing in the children's theater, he generally felt like “the first guy in the village”. In this school, our hero fell in love for the first time in his life and almost immediately got married. The beginning actress Natalya Oleneva became his chosen one.
