One of the most beautiful actresses of the Soviet era Larisa Valentinovna Kadochnikova, in reference sources listed as a Soviet Ukrainian-Russian theater and film actress. At one time she was the muse of the artist Ilya Glazunov, the aspiring actress of the Sovremennik theater Oleg Efremov, the favorite actress of directors Sergei Paradzhanov and Yuri Ilyenko, and still, despite her 83, remains the favorite of the audience in the Kiev theater, which has been serving for more than half a century. …

How to live to such a venerable age and look so that casual passers-by are called a "girl", how to preserve their innate beauty, optimism, efficiency and love of life, as well as fall in love with more than one generation of men - further, in our review.

For the sake of her first husband Yuri Ilyenko, Larisa, once without a shadow of a doubt left her native Moscow, moved to Kiev and exchanged Sovremennik for the stage of the Lesya Ukrainka Academic Theater of Russian Drama, the roles played on the stage of which brought her not only fame, but also made the darling of the public.

As a film actress, Kadochnikova at one time became famous throughout the Soviet Union thanks to the role of Marichka, which she played in the film "Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors" (1964). This image of a Ukrainian girl was associated with Shakespeare's Juliet. Yes, that there is a union, Larisa and her partner in the film, Ivan Mykolaichuk, applauded the whole world. Then there was the film "White Bird with a Black Mark" directed by Yuri Ilyenko, which also brought tremendous success to both the director and the entire cast.

Turning the pages of a biography

Larisa Kadochnikova was born on August 30 in 1937 in Moscow in the family of a famous director and no less famous actress. Her father, Valentin Kadochnikov, was one of Sergei Eisenstein's favorite students (died of pneumonia at the age of 29), her mother, Nina Alisova, was a star of Soviet cinema.

Since childhood, Larisa dreamed of a career as a ballerina, but fate decreed otherwise. A slender girl with huge brown eyes seemed to be made for a movie. She entered VGIK, then the Sovremennik theater, then easily moved to Kiev … Recalling the past years, the actress, smiling mysteriously, says that her actions were always guided only by love.

The first love, which was never stronger in her life

After six decades, Kadochnikova frankly confessed:

But it was not surprising to fall in love so passionately, because Larisa was only eighteen when she met 26-year-old Ilya, who was already married, famous and very self-confident. And young Larisa had just begun to comprehend life, and it was he: experienced, strong, famous, successful - who showed all its nuances to the future actress. They met by chance, during an art exhibition in Moscow, to which actress Alisova brought her daughter. Ah, if the mother then knew what trials her young daughter would be doomed from the moment they met.

Curiously, the novel developed in front of the eyes of Glazunov's wife, Nina Vinogradova-Benois, who “allowed” Ilya to be carried away by a new muse so that he could create with inspiration. And ironically, Nina herself introduced them, and immediately drew her husband's attention to the girl's extraordinary beauty, inviting him to paint her portrait.

For more information about family relationships of the eminent artist Glazunov, read: Love triangle: admirer of female beauty Ilya Glazunov and his muse.

Larissa was thin as a reed, with a white transparent face and burning big eyes. The artist encouraged the girl's rather catchy makeup: eyes drawn in black pencil, bright red lipstick on her lips. He believed that she was painted in the style of Dostoevsky's femme fatale. During their relationship, Glazunov painted eight portraits of her.

Their exhausting and extravagant romance lasted three whole years. When Larisa became pregnant from Ilya for the first time, my mother invited the artist home with the words: To which he replied: To all Larisa's pleas to leave the child and mother, Ilya was adamant. The girl had to go for an abortion, Kadochnikova got rid of pregnancy for the second time, and the third time never happened, which Kadochnikova regrets even now. But she could have had two beautiful sons, as the actress herself says.

After three years in the relationship between the artist and the aspiring actress, an unexpected break occurred. Glazunov was going to take an exhibition of his works abroad and, of course, the moral character of a Soviet person had to be impeccable. On instructions from above, he urgently needed to get rid of inadmissible connections. The phrase from the lips of her beloved sounded deadly for the girl: To which she, suppressing a lump in her throat, could only answer: And when she came home, she sobbed all night. Her mother also cried, but with happiness.

The woman, wise with life experience, understood that her daughter had no future with this man and that this was liberation from heavy addiction. Therefore, she did not let her daughter get close to the phone when Ilya called. Alisova literally saved her daughter from this obsession.

- Larissa will say many years later.

Yuri Ilyenko - the first husband of the actress

After such a breathtaking romance, the actress did not dare to plunge again into the pool of love for a long time. Everything changed in 1964, when the film "Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors" was filmed, directed by Sergei Paradzhanov, and Yuri Ilyenko as a young cameraman who had just graduated from the university.

The couple lived together for 18 years. When Ilyenko himself became a director, he filmed Larisa in all his films. And by the time I realized that you can't live as one actress, their relationship has practically outlived its usefulness. He met another actress - Lyudmila Efimenko, with whom he started a family, and became the father of two sons. This was exactly what Kadochnikova could not give him.

When asked how she survived this gap, Larisa Valentinovna replies:.

Once the actress showed her pencil sketches to Parajanov, he was delighted and said: "You draw brilliantly!" There was an incident in the life of Kadochnikova, which left an unpleasant, bitter aftertaste. Once having collected her sketches, she went to Moscow to show a familiar artist.

Arriving on the Arbat, I decided to look into Glazunov's workshop. After all, how many years have not seen … He, opening the door, immediately asked: "What's in trousers?" Glazunov has always been an opponent of women's trousers, he believed that a real woman should only be in a dress., - the actress answered with restraint. -., - taking the folder, opened it, leafed through and slammed it, -, - Glazunov snapped. Kadochnikova took the folder, got up, said goodbye and left.

This was their last meeting with Glazunov, although it might not have been the last. A few years later he was offered to shoot a joint video interview at an art gallery, but he did not come …

Mikhail Saranchuk is the second husband of the actress

After the death of her second husband, Mikhail Saranchuk, in 2013, Kadochnikova faced a choice: to lock herself in four walls, or to live life to the fullest. It was difficult for her without her husband, he was everything to her: father, lover, husband, brother, friend.

Mikhail was the director of the Russian Drama, when he fell in love with Larisa. It wasn't easy at that time. He was summoned to the authorities and told to choose: either the theater or Kadochnikov. “Upstairs” could not accept that the director of an academic theater could have an affair with an actress working in his team. He chose HER.

However, this medal also had a downside. Mikhail was an incredible owner: he was jealous of Kadochnikov to the point of insanity. - says the actress.

She is often called "girl" on the street by casual passers-by. But on trains when crossing borders, border guards often, while checking the actress's passport, look with distrust at either the date of birth or at Kadochnikova, who always tries to look perfect. Sometimes it even came to unpleasant curiosities, when the actress was almost removed from the trains …

Well, and Larisa always considered heredity to be the guarantee of her unfading beauty. Her mother, actress Nina Alisova, was a beauty and always looked great. The viewer remembers her in the role of Alice in "Dowry". In second place is work. It is she who is the basis of her health for a real actress.
