All architectural structures, all the invariable attributes of metro stations, as well as figures of people, animals and birds look truly exemplary. Arrange them in the right order - and here it is, the American subway, on the desk right in front of us!
It is not for nothing that the Japanese are famous for perseverance, hard work and dedication in everything for which they are accepted. Therefore, one should not be surprised that here, in the paper model of the metro station, one can see not only people, animals and turnstiles with lanterns. Terada Mokei even foresaw such trifles as tiny street vendors of hot dogs and pastries, a policeman on a horse, a mailbox, a bicycle rack … Even the people in the subway are the same as there, outside the window: retirees, students, mothers with children … So and looks like a traditional New York subway - you can meet representatives of almost all social strata of the population in it. This is why she is beautiful, and this is probably what became part of the creative inspiration for the author of the project.
A series of metro stations in 1/100 format is something like a paper constructor "assemble it yourself". All figurines are on a sheet of heavy white or colored paper measuring 104 mm x 148 mm, the cost of one is about $ 20.
