Reed Young is another talented artist who fills his work not with makeup or abstractions, but with real emotions that we all experience.
Reed Young was born in 1982 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Young Young, forgive me for the pun, did not like to attend an ordinary high school: he could not concentrate on any of the school subjects, and he could not force himself to fall in love with what he hated. Therefore, he entered the art school, using the portfolio of his girlfriend Lisa (he did not have his own, but really, what a trifle!). Teachers, those less me, were pretty surprised when they learned that young Young does not know basic things.
“At school, I took fashion photos from time to time, because I thought that even if your hands were growing out of the wrong place, it’s always easier to take a good photo if there’s a pretty girl next to you,” says Reed Young. It took me about three years to understand that the world of fashion photography is not for me”.
When he finally graduated from this institution, he entered the Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, where he improved his photography skills. After receiving his degree in advertising photography, he went to New York, where he worked for the agency for 8 months. After that, he moved to Italy, where he photographed people on the street for a weekly magazine. He quickly realized that if he took an assistant with him, who would take over the light, the work would go much faster. Actually, it was in this vein that he began to develop, eventually turning into what he is now. By the way, in fact, almost all the heroes of his works are not models, but strangers whom Reed meets on the street.

Thanks to these works, we understand how important each individual person is. Regardless of what this story is about - about blind people, about the life of Italians, about a lonely woman at a bus stop, about the people of Harlem, each of them is interesting and unique.
