Landscapes of a six year old boy

A cityscape painted by a six-year-old will typically feature triangular or irregularly rectangular buildings instead of houses, an unnaturally oversized dog in the foreground, a winding street that leaves no one knows where, and strange cars. But not in the paintings of little Kieron Williamson, whose landscapes are so beautiful and professional that any adult artist would envy him. But the boy is only six years old!

Most children at the age of Kiron draw houses, the sun, people and animals, their pictures are colorful, but completely devoid of proportions, a little clumsy and unrealistic. The six-year-old genius paints in watercolors, depicting piers, rural and urban landscapes, and animals. His ability and ability to build a composition, choose the right colors, as well as the naturalness of the picture itself, amazes and delights many critics. Art critic Jeremy Greene, owner of The Canon Gallery in Huntingdon, admits that it is rather unusual for him to see paintings by a six-year-old boy with such correct stylistics, usually children of his age just spray paint on the album sheet.

Kiron Williamson's mom Michelle says that until last year the boy did not draw at all. The turning point came when the family went on vacation to Devon and Cornwall last year and little Kieron saw the boats. This landscape impressed him so much that he asked for a blank sheet of paper and began to paint. Of course, his first sketches were still childishly clumsy, uneven, but he quickly improved his technique after attending special painting lessons. A local gallery in his hometown of Holt, Norfolk, financed a 12-week course for him. Kiron Williamson is currently preparing for his first exhibition in Holt.
