On April 5th every year, the whole world celebrates “International Pillow Fight Day”. The original holiday usually takes place in the central squares of the world capitals, where all the young people of the city, "armed" with feather pillows, gather. This year the event was held in Paris, London, Berlin, Bucharest, Hong Kong, Lausanne. From early morning people in these cities beat each other with pillows until feathers fell from them. Our review shows the most interesting footage from around the world from “International Pillow Fight Day”.
International Day of the "Pillow Battle" by the rules begins with a whistle. Participants are prohibited from hitting an “unarmed” person and going outside the area designated by the organizers. It is believed that such an event helps people cope with stress, recharge with positive energy and get closer to other residents of the city. Very often, in megalopolises, residents of high-rise buildings not only do not know the names of their neighbors, but also do not recognize them by sight on the street. International holidays help such people to get closer and find friends. One such example is World Kiss Day, which was held in Bali this year.
