On July 7, one of the most shocking stars of Russian show business celebrates its birthday - Zhanna Aguzarova … In the 1980s. her popularity was simply incredible, and in the 1990s she suddenly disappeared, which gave rise to a lot of rumors. Which of them can you believe, and where did the singer actually disappear?
The author of most of the hoaxes associated with Zhanna Aguzarova is Zhanna Aguzarova herself. She loved to shock journalists with fictional stories that she seemed to believe in herself. There is actually little reliable information about her. It is known that she was born in Turtas, a small village near Tyumen. Zhanna's father Khasan Aguzarov, an Ossetian by nationality, did not live with his family and did not raise his daughter. After leaving school, the girl tried to enter theater universities in different cities of Russia, but all attempts were unsuccessful. The capital, too, did not immediately submit: she was not admitted to the Gnesinsky school, and Zhanna began to study as a painter at a technical school.
Soon she came up with a new name and biography - rumored to be due to the fact that she lost her own documents, or maybe just in order to attract attention. She introduced herself to everyone as the daughter of a Swedish diplomat and called herself Ivanna Anders. Under this name, the girl went to auditions in various musical groups, tried to get a job as a vocalist in the groups "Crematorium" and "Postscriptum". In 1983, a new musical group was created - "Bravo!", The soloist of which Zhanna became unexpectedly for herself.
Group "Bravo!" quickly gained popularity with hundreds of thousands of listeners. However, in the 1980s, many rock bands in the USSR were persecuted by the authorities. During one of these checks, Zhanna was arrested right during the concert - it turned out that she lived under a fake passport, moreover, a man's (she changed the name Ivan to Ivanna). For this, the singer was put in "Butyrka", where she very convincingly portrayed herself as a madman. She was sent for examination to the Institute of Forensic Psychiatry, recognized as sane and then sent to forced labor in the timber industry of the Tyumen region.
A year and a half later, Zhanna Aguzarova returned to the group "Bravo!" and continued to tour. The growth of the collective's popularity was facilitated by his participation in the TV show "Musical Ring", where Aguzarova was introduced to the audience by Alla Pugacheva. 1986-1987 the group was at the peak of popularity: the whole country sang "Yellow Shoes" and "Wonderful Country". According to a survey of readers of the Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper, Zhanna Aguzarova ranked second after Pugacheva in popularity in the USSR.
In 1988 Jeanne decided to leave the group and pursue a solo career. She graduated from the Musical College. Ippolitova-Ivanova and recorded a solo disc. At the same time, she had an obsession with going abroad. With the collapse of the USSR, Aguzarova went to the United States, but she did not succeed in achieving noticeable success there. For two years, Zhanna sang in the Black Sea restaurant for emigrants, after that she graduated from DJ courses, released an album, but it is simply impossible to compare his success with its former popularity in the USSR.
In 1993, Aguzarova took part in the jubilee tour "Bravo!" In 1998 she again performed with the group on the Bravomania tour, in 2001.sang at the Maksidrom rock festival. Now Aguzarova lives in two countries, sometimes performs in clubs, is engaged in painting, but very little is known about her life and work.
For a long time there were rumors about Aguzarova's drug addiction - otherwise they could not explain her extravagant antics. But all her friends unanimously say that the singer's singularity has nothing to do with bad habits. Zhanna's ex-husband Nick Poltoranin says: “I didn't have any drugs with me. On holidays, Jeanne could take a sip of gin or drink a glass of champagne. And that's all!"
A close friend of Aguzarova, music critic Artemy Troitsky says: "".
