The chef with the Internet nickname Blondie and Rye (light and rye) wins more and more Instagram fans every day, and now there are about 120 thousand of them. Still, after all, it's one thing - everyone is familiar with wood or stone carving, but here it is practically bread carving. Loafs, loaves, buns, loaves, as if covered with lace, look so appetizing that you immediately imagine the smell of freshly baked bread and the crunch of a golden brown crust. However, for the baker Hannah, bread is not just food, but above all a work of art.
The wizard who makes these mesmerizing and, so to speak, carefully crafted masterpieces is called Hannah and she lives in North Carolina (USA).
The main passion of the "bread craftswoman" is all kinds of decorations. Some of her loaves are covered with meticulous carvings, others - with fruits or vegetables, and on some you can even see whole pictures from the gifts of nature - for example, flowers or trees made from onions, basil, olives or sweet peppers. And inside - and Provencal herbs, and honey, and many other "tricks" that make her bread unique not only in appearance, but also in taste.
Hannah's audience is constantly growing as she surprises baking lovers with something new every time.
"Amazing!", "Full delight!", "This is a work of art!" - admire the subscribers of a woman baker.
“I have never been so happy and inspired by bread!”, - one of their American fans commented. "These are the most beautiful loaves I've ever seen!" - echoes her another subscriber.
Often, Hannah posts on Instagram not only the finished result, but also demonstrates how her bread looked like before it got into the oven. Sometimes she even lifts the veil of professional secrecy and talks about the ingredients used and even about the tools with which she literally carves patterns on bread. So attentive housewives can take note of some of her ideas.
However, they are unlikely to be able to repeat the masterpieces of the craftswoman one-on-one, because very often Hannah uses plants from her own garden when making bread - for example, special onions and tomatoes. And everything that is grown with your own hands, as you know, has a special taste.
