The photo project “Fish Love” was created for the organization of the same name and is aimed at drawing public attention to the problem of overfishing. They decided to draw the attention of others not only with the carcasses of fish (as is customary), but also with the naked bodies of celebrities. Melanie Bernier, Serge Hazanavicius, Aure Atika, Gillian Anderson, Olivia Williams, Jean-Marc Barr and many others agreed to withdraw "uncut" in a charity event.
Fishlove was founded in 2009 by co-owner Moshimo Nicholas Röhl and actress Greta Scacchi. Moreover, the idea of creating the company was more than noble. By her actions, she is trying to rally voters and by universal efforts to sign a petition prohibiting deep-sea trawling, which, according to scientists, negatively affects the fish population. The depletion of the world's fish stocks is one of the biggest environmental challenges we face today. However, the organizers of the action are sure that it is very easy to solve. A couple of correct political decisions are enough to keep seas full of fish. Well, and a few photos of naked celebrities to attract attention.
Although it would be more correct to consider, for example, photographs of flying fish, or a report on spawning of salmon in the Adams River. But, unfortunately, modern society reacts more quickly to naked bodies, and not to the beauties of nature.
