Double-eyed, or has someone installed mirrors in the carriage?

Charles Todl and his associates have come up with another way to surprise New Yorkers. Subway passengers fell victim to their funny idea. They were clearly taken aback to see mirror images of other passengers in train cars and stations. Or did several hundred people have double vision at the same time?

In fact, Charles and his "Improv Everywhere" friends didn't have to resort to miracles. To create the illusion of mirror images, the city's most popular mobbers put together several pairs of twins. We were looking for the same people some time before the flash mob. More than 50 couples responded to the "Improv Everywhere" offer, a fifth of whom were able to take part in the action.

All the twins dressed the same. To achieve greater efficiency, the girls even put on the same accessories.

The twins aroused interest in themselves before they even reached the train carriage. At first, the hot dog seller burst out laughing when he saw several identical pairs, then passers-by were perplexed.

And how do they not confuse themselves with mirror images?

The performers of this idea expected that the seats in the train car would be free, but in the middle of the seat there was a girl reading a book. The twins, without hesitation, surrounded her and began to play with mirror images. The brothers and sisters sat down opposite each other. If someone scratched his head, his "mirror image" also scratched his head. If someone listened to music with headphones, the twin opposite also inserted headphones into his ears. Passengers who witnessed this picture were shocked. Many laughed, others were embarrassed to study what was happening and immediately turned away, looking suspiciously at our heroes. Some passengers took pictures of the mobbers with pleasure. Someone even came up and asked what was the matter. There was even a version that a seminar for twins was organized in the city. However, passengers did not receive a clear answer to all the questions. They only became even more confused when the twins looked at each other indifferently, as if they were not alike at all.
